DuitNow Transfer allows you to transfer funds from any Malaysian internet banking platform or participating eWallets, to your Touch ‘n Go eWallet by entering your recipient’s DuitNow ID or Touch ‘n Go eWallet account number.

There are two ways you can transfer money into your Touch ‘n Go eWallet:
Option 1: via DuitNow ID
1. DuitNow ID is an identifier which will be used to register your mobile number to your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account number.
2. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to complete your DuitNow ID registration.
3. Upon successful registration, you can now transfer funds from your internet banking account by keying in the mobile number that was registered with Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
Option 2: via Touch ‘n Go eWallet account number
1. Alternatively, you can also transfer funds by entering your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account number which can be found on (i) your profile page or (ii) on the receive funds page.
Recipients will receive funds immediately upon successful DuitNow Transfer transaction.

Yes, an in-app notification will be sent for all successful DuitNow Transfer transactions. Please ensure you have allowed notifications from us in your phone settings.
Yes, DuitNow Transfer is open for all users. However, only Malaysian mobile numbers can be registered as a DuitNow ID.
Scenario 1: via DuitNow ID
Scenario 2: via Touch ‘n Go eWallet account number
You’re only able to register your mobile number with us as the DuitNow ID in Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
If you have changed your mobile number in Touch ‘n Go eWallet app, your DuitNow ID will be automatically be deregistered and you will need to register for DuitNow Transfer again.
