CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITION

a)       All applications must be submitted between 1 May 2023 and 30 June 2023 and the policy/certificate must be activated by 17 July 2023.

b)       AIA Vitality membership must be signed up or active upon new business submission in iPoS and must remain active prior to and upon the payment of cashback.

c)       After the policy/certificate is activated, if the policy/certificate owner did not download and login to My AIA app by 31 December 2023, they will not be eligible for the cashback.

d)       Vitality Health Check event/appointment date must be within 1 October 2022 to 31 December 2023 and uploaded to My AIA app by 31 December 2023. The readings on Body Mass Index, Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose & Cholesterol must be within healthy range in order to get additional 0.5 month cashback.

e)       Only for policies/certificates that opt to pay via payment link or AIA E-Pay (credit/debit card) for all modal premium/contribution amount.

f)        Juvenile application is not eligible for A-Life Ikhtiar and A-Life Kritikal Protector under the Campaign as AIA Vitality membership is only open for insured/person covered aged 16 years old and above.

g)       The cashback does not include any saver and top-up premium/contribution such as A-Plus Saver/i, A-Plus ScholarSaver, A-Plus IkhtiarEnhancer and AIA Vitality membership fees.

h)       If the customer makes any transaction after the policy/certificate has been activated that requires additional premium/contribution from policy/certificate inception (e.g. increasing sum assured/covered or adding riders), the additional premium/contribution will not be calculated in the cashback. If the customer reduces the premium/contribution after the policy/certificate has been activated, the cashback shall be based on the reduced premium/contribution.

i)         Customers who fall into any one or more of the following categories will not be eligible for the cashback:

1.       Customers who applied for premium/contribution holiday, surrendered policy/certificate, performed partial withdrawal and/or change payment method to non e-payment prior to crediting the cashback for the policy/certificate that has been submitted under this campaign.

2.       Policy/certificate with lapse history.

3.       Policy/certificate with premium/contribution not paid up to date.

4.       Policy/certificate not fulfilling the annualised premium/contribution criteria before premium/contribution cashback amount is credited.

j)         The insured/person covered/policyholder/certificate holder must ensure that the policy/certificate meets all the campaign criteria prior to and upon payment of cashback such as but not limited to AIA Vitality membership, Rider attachment criteria (if any), annualised premium/contribution criteria (if any) and e-payment criteria.

k)       The terms and conditions of the Campaign are subject to change and the decisions of AIA Bhd. and AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd. on any matter concerning these terms and conditions are final.

l)         By participating in the Campaign, Customers will submit their VHC into My AIA app via AIA Vitality platform offered and operated by AIA Health Services Sdn. Bhd. (“AHS”). AHS will review the VHC and Blood Test Report submitted by Customers and will only inform AIA Bhd. and/or AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd. on the policies/certificates that are qualified for the Cashback reward. AIA Vitality Terms & Conditions shall apply.
