TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.       Micro and SME merchants who have registered as a merchant with TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) can enjoy 50% off when they subscribe to the 2-Year WII E-Menu - Table QR Ordering System Package (NP: RM3,000) with Wii by Infinitepay (“Partner”) & get an additional RM30 cashback, during the campaign period.

2.       Merchant shall pay RM350 (RM300 for Start Up Fee + RM50 for First Month Subscription Fee) on the first month of subscription and the rest in monthly payments of RM50 per month for 23 consecutive months thereafter.

3.       The package includes:

i.            1 unit of Smart Printer

ii.           30 pcs QR Code for E-Menu – Table QR Ordering

iii.           E-Commerce (O2O Platform)

iv.           E-Payment (Online/ Offline Payment)

v.            E-Voucher Creation (Free 6 months only)

4.       Campaign period is from 3^rd February 2023 until 30^th September 2023 inclusive of both dates.

5.       The RM30 cashback will be credited to the merchant’s settlement bank account within 90 days of the first successful subscription.

6.       Any additional features/services apart from the aforementioned package above is subjected to extra charges charged by the Partner. All payments have to be made with the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

7.       All payments have to be made with the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

8.       Any purchase of the package with this Campaign is subjected to TWENTY FOUR (24) months contract period.

TERMA DAN SYARAT

1.       Perniagaan mikro dan SME yang telah mendaftar sebagai rakan niaga dengan TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) boleh menikmati diskaun 50% apabila melanggan 2 tahun E-Menu WII 2 Tahun - Pakej Sistem Pesanan QR (NP: RM3,000) dengan Wii by Infinitepay (“Rakan Kongsi”) & juga dapatkan pulangan tunai RM30 tambahan, sepanjang tempoh kempen.

2.       Rakan Niaga hendak membayar RM350 (RM300 untuk Yuran Permulaan + RM50 untuk Yuran Langganan Bulan Pertama) pada langganan bulan pertama dan selebihnya dalam bayaran bulanan RM50 sebulan selama 23 bulan berturut-turut.

3.       Pakej termasuk:

i.            1 unit Pencetak Pintar

ii.            30 keping Kod QR untuk E-Menu - Sistem Pesanan QR

iii.           E-Dagang (Platform O2O)

iv.           E-Pembayaran (Bayaran Dalam Talian/ Luar Talian)

v.            Penciptaan E-Baucar (Percuma 6 bulan sahaja)

4.       Tempoh kempen adalah dari 3 Februari 2023 until 30 September 2023, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh tersebut.

5.       Pulangan tunai RM30 akan dikreditkan ke akaun penyelesaian bank rakan niaga dalam masa 90 hari dari tarikh pembelian pertama yang berjaya.

6.       Sebarang ciri/perkhidmatan tambahan selain daripada pakej yang disebutkan di atas adalah tertakluk kepada caj tambahan yang dikenakan oleh Rakan Kongsi. Semua pembayaran perlu dibuat dengan Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

7.       Semua pembayaran perlu dibuat dengan Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

8.       Sebarang pembelian dengan Kempen ini tertakluk kepada tempoh kontrak DUA PULUH EMPAT (24) bulan.
