230105 SME Others Merchant Dashboard - Purchase Spend & Win Contest

1.       Merchant Dashboard - Purchase Spend & Win Contest (“the Contest”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD”). It begins on 1^st May 2023 and ends on 31^st July 2023 (“Contest Period”).

2.       Entry Eligibility

a.       The Contest is open to all Touch ‘n Go eWallet Merchants only (“Participants”).

b.       TNGD reserves the right to exclude and/or disqualify participants who are in breach of the Contest Terms and Conditions.

3.       Contest Details & Mechanics

a.       Participants who spend minimum RM20 (including shipping fee) in Merchant Dashboard – Purchase Page between 1^st May 2023 and 31^st July 2023 will earn ONE (1) entry to participate in the lucky draw.

b.       Participants can earn multiple entries to increase the chance of being drawn.

c.        Each participant can only win ONE (1) prize throughout the entire contest period.

4.       Winner Selection & Announcement

a.       Only the Participants who have fulfilled all the clauses as stated in “3. Contest Details & Mechanics Process” will be qualified for the Bi-Weekly Draw (“Eligible Participants”).

b.       Winners will be selected in a Draw via Randomizer on bi-weekly basis.

c.        The decision of TNGD on the Winner selection is final and no appeals and correspondences will be entertained.

d.       Below is the prize list for the Bi-Weekly Draw.

e.       All the winners will receive an Official Email from TNGD within 3 working days from the Draw Date. Official Email will be sent to the email address participants submitted during their purchase.

f.         Prizes will be delivered within 14 working days from the Draw Date to the delivery address submitted by participants during their purchase.

g.       Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable in any form for whatever reason.

h.       Visual(s) of the Prize shown in any advertisement, promotional publicity and other materials relating to this Contest are solely for illustration purposes only and may not depict the actual Prize.

5.       Participation Terms & Conditions

a.       Participants agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and the decisions of TNGD, which are final and binding in all respects.

b.       Participation in this Contest constitutes each participant consents to the TNGD's use of the participant's name and photo for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further notice, right of review, approval, or compensation except where prohibited by law.

c.        The Participant’s data shall be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and in accordance with the TNGD’s privacy notice which can be viewed on https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/documents/pages/home/TNG_Privacy-Notice_Revised_Nov-2021.pdf

d.       TNGD reserves the right to disqualify a participant from the Contest if the participants violate the Terms & Conditions before or during the Contest.

1.       Merchant Dashboard - Purchase Spend & Win Contest (“Peraduan”) dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD”). Ia bermula pada 1 Mei 2023 dan berakhir pada 31 Julai 2023 (“Tempoh Peraduan”).

2.       Syarat Penyertaan

a.       Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua Rakan Niaga Touch ‘n Go eWallet sahaja (“Peserta”).

b.       TNGD berhak untuk mengecualikan dan/atau membatalkan kelayakan peserta yang melanggar Terma dan Syarat Peraduan.

3.       Butiran & Mekanik Peraduan

a.       Peserta yang berbelanja minimum RM20 (termasuk yuran penghantaran) dalam Merchant Dashboard – Purchase Page dalam tempoh 1 Mei 2023 dan 31 Julai 2023 akan dapat SATU (1) penyertaan untuk cabutan bertuah.

b.       Peserta boleh dapatkan berbilang penyertaan untuk meningkatkan peluang untuk memenangi cabutan bertuah ini.

c.        Setiap peserta hanya boleh memenangi SATU (1) hadiah sepanjang tempoh peraduan.

4.       Pemilihan & Pengunguman Pemenang

a.       Hanya Peserta yang memenuhi semua klausa seperti yang dinyatakan dalam “3. Butiran & Mekanik Peraduan” akan layak untuk Cabutan Dwi Mingguan. (“Peserta Layak”).

b.       Pemenang akan dipilih dalam Cabutan melalui Randomizer secara dwi-mingguan.

c.        Keputusan TNGD untuk pemilihan Pemenang adalah muktamad dan tiada rayuan dan surat akan dilayan.

d.       Di bawah ialah senarai hadiah untuk Cabutan Dwi Mingguan.

e.       Semua pemenang akan menerima E-mel Rasmi daripada TNGD dalam masa 3 hari bekerja dari Tarikh Cabutan. E-mel Rasmi akan dihantar ke alamat e-mel peserta yang diserahkan semasa pembelian mereka.

f.         Hadiah akan dihantar dalam tempoh 14 hari bekerja dari Tarikh Cabutan ke alamat penghantaran yang dihantar oleh peserta semasa pembelian mereka.

g.       Hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik, ditukar atau ditebus dalam apa jua bentuk atas apa jua sebab.

h.       Visual hadiah yang ditunjukkan dalam mana-mana iklan, publisiti promosi dan bahan-bahan lain yang berkaitan dengan Kempen ini hanyalah untuk tujuan ilustrasi semata-mata dan mungkin tidak menyerupai hadiah sebenar.

5.       Terma & Syarat Penyertaan

a.       Peserta bersetuju untuk mematuhi Terma dan Syarat dan keputusan oleh TNGD dan juri-juri, yang merupakan muktamat dan terikat dengan semua aspek.

b.       Penyertaan dalam Peraduan ini bermaksud setiap peserta bersetuju dengan penggunaan nama dan foto peserta TNGD untuk tujuan pengiklanan dan promosi dalam mana-mana media tanpa notis lanjut, hak semakan, kelulusan, atau pampasan kecuali jika dilarang oleh undang-undang.

c.        Data Peserta akan digunakan berdasarkan undang-undang perlindungan data semasa dan berdasarkan notis privasi TNGD yang boleh dirujuk pada https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/documents/pages/home/TNG_Privacy-Notice_Revised_Nov-2021.pdf

d.       TNGD mempunyai hak untuk menyingkirkan Peserta dari peraduan ini jika Peserta didapati melanggar Terma & Syarat sebelum atau semasa peraduan.
