Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD).

  2. The Promotion Period is from 23 March 2023 until 22 April 2022, both dates inclusive.

  3. Users who make a minimum spend of RM20 in a single transaction on KTMB Mobile application, website, and kiosks and pay with Touch ‘n Go eWallet can get a randomised cashback up to RM8.

  4. Promotion is valid on KTMB Mobile application, website, and kiosks.

  5. No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.

  6. The randomised cashback will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet within THREE (3) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia public holidays) after the eligible transaction date. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.

  7. Each Touch ‘n Go eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the randomised cashback ONE (1) time only, throughout the Promotion Period.

  8. The randomised cashback is limited to first 38,600 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

  9. This Promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

  10. Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.

  11. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. Terma dan Syarat

  1. Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD).

  2. Tempoh promosi adalah dari 23 Mac 2023 sehingga 22 April 2023, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut.

  3. Pengguna yang membuat pembelian dengan perbelanjaan minimum RM20.00 dalam satu resit di aplikasi KTMB Mobile, laman web, dan kiosk KTMB dan membuat bayaran menggunakan aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet boleh mendapat Pulangan Tunai rawak sehingga RM8.

  4. Promosi ini hanya sah di aplikasi KTMB Mobile, laman web dan kiosk KTMB.

  5. Penggabungan resit dan/atau pengasingan transaksi adalah tidak dibenarkan

  6. Pulangan Tunai rawak sehingga RM8 akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dalam masa TIGA (3) hari bekerja (Isnin hingga Jumaat tidak termasuk cuti umum Malaysia) selepas tarikh transaksi yang layak. TNGD tidak akan membuat panggilan telefon berkenaan Promosi ini.

  7. Setiap Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet hanya layak menikmati Pulangan Tunai rawak sehingga RM8 ini sebanyak SATU (1) sahaja sepanjang Tempoh Promosi.

  8. Pulangan Tunai rawak sehingga RM8 adalah terhad kepada 38,600 transaksi terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila Pulangan Tunai telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

  9. Promosi ini tidak sah digunakan dengan mana-mana promosi, diskaun atau baucar yang lain.

  10. Promosi ini tidak sah untuk sebarang bentuk atau jenis tambah nilai, kad hadiah dan perkhimatan dalam kedai.
