Terms and Conditions

  1. The Money Packet Giveaway (“the Campaign”) organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD”) and is subject to Terms and Conditions herein.

  2. This Campaign will begin from 28 April 2023 to 11 May 2023, inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”).

  3. This Campaign is open to all the TNG eWallet users who have updated their TNG eWallet app version to at least 1.7.90.

  4. During the Campaign Period, each Eligible User will have a chance to open the Money Packet upon successfully performing the eligible transactions as stated in Table 1.1.

  1. The Money Packet will be issued through an in-app push notification and/or an inbox message. Eligible users must click on the in-app push notification or inbox message to open and claim the Money Packet successfully.

  2. Each Eligible User is encouraged to turn on the push notifications to ensure that the Money Packet issued can be received.

  3. Each Money Packet will be a randomised amount of at least RM0.10.

  4. The Money Packet is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis every day throughout the Campaign Period.

  5. Users who successfully claim the Money Packet will instantly receive the amount into the user’s eWallet account if the daily Money Packet has not been fully claimed and if their respective account is active.

  6. The credits from the Money Packet will fail to be credited if the received credit would cause their eWallet balance to exceed its limit.

  7. TNGD reserve the right to change or amend the issuance of these free Money Packet at any point of time during the Campaign Period.

  8. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefit under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breach of any of TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)

  9. These Terms and Conditions shall be further subject to the General Campaign Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.touchngo.com.my/terms-conditions/general-campaign-terms-and-conditions.

 

 Terma dan Syarat

  1. Money Packet Giveaway (“Kempen”) dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD”) dan tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat di sini.

  2. Kempen ini akan bermula dari 28 April 2023 sehingga 11 Mei 2023, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh (“Tempoh Kempen”)

  3. Kempen ini hanya terbuka kepada pengguna TNG eWallet yang telah mengemaskini aplikasi TNG eWallet mereka sekurang-kurangnya versi 1.7.90.

  4. SemasaTempoh Kempen, setiap Pengguna Layak akan mempunyai peluang untuk membuka Money Packet setelah berjaya melakukan salah satu transaksi layak seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual 1.1.

  1. Money Packet akan dikeluarkan melalui notifikasi “push” dalam aplikasi dan/atau mesej peti masuk. Pengguna layak perlu klik pada notifikasi “push” dalam aplikasi atau mesej peti masuk untuk membuka dan berjaya menuntut Money Packet.

  2. Setiap Pengguna Layak digalakkan untuk membenarkan notifikasi “push” bagi memastikan Money Packet yang dihantar itu dapat diterima.

  3. Nilai setiap Money Packet adalah rawak, dengan nilai sekurang-kurangnya RM0.10.

  4. Bilangan Money Packet adalah terhad dan boleh diperoleh atas dasar siapa cepat dia dapat setiap hari sepanjang Tempoh Kempen.

  5. Pengguna yang berjaya menuntut Money Packet akan segera menerima jumlah tersebut ke dalam akaun eWallet pengguna jika Money Packet harian masih tidak dituntut sepenuhnya and jika akaun mereka masih aktif.

  6. Kredit daripada Money Packet akan gagal untuk dikreditkan jika kredit yang diterima akan menyebabkan baki eWallet pengguna melebihi had mereka.

  7. TNGD berhak untuk mengubah atau meminda pengeluaran Paket Wang percuma ini pada bila-bila masa sepanjang Tempoh Kempen.

  8. TNG Digital berhak untuk menahan sebarang manfaat di bawah perkhidmatan yang diberikan, dengan notis terlebih dahulu kepada pengguna jika pengguna didapati melanggar mana-mana Terma dan Syarat Pengguna TNG Digital, https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf
