Spend & Earn GO+

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Spend & Earn GO+ campaign (“the Campaign”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD”) and is subject to Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) herein. 

  2. This Campaign will begin from 12 June 2023 to 9 July 2023, inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”). 

  1. This Campaign is only open to the selected TNG eWallet users who have received the campaign information via in-app inbox, push notification, or email (“Eligible User”). 

  2. During the Campaign Period, the Eligible User can earn up to 1.5% per annum of GO+ bonus return rate on top of the daily return rate OR up to RM6.00 of GO+ bonus return earnings (“Rewards”), subject to the T&C specified in clause 5 and 6. 

  3. To qualify for the Rewards, Eligible Users must accumulate a spend of RM60.00 and above through in-app transactions as listed in Table 1 using Touch 'n Go eWallet ("Eligible Spend").

  1. The following transaction shall not be included as Eligible Spend for this Campaign.

    d. Scan & Pay
    e. Toll payment (i.e. PayDirect, RFID, Enhanced card)
    f. Parking, RFID Fueling
    g. Bills for Utility, Loans, Broadband, Local Council, Entertainment
    h. GOPinjam, GOInvest, GOremit
    i. VISA card payment and purchase
    j. Enhanced card reload and purchase
    k. Movie, Flight and Donations
    l. Purchases at eShop

  1. The Rewards are subject to the following capping in Table 1. These bonus returns apply to Eligible User’s GO+ balance exclusively during the Campaign Period only and it will revert to the normal rate upon expiry or termination of this Campaign.

  1. The cut off time for the GO+ balance to earn GO+ Bonus Return is at 4pm each day throughout the Campaign period and the Bonus Return Earnings will be calculated on daily basis.

  2. The bonus return rate will only apply to a maximum GO+ balance amount of RM9,500.00.   

  1. Eligible Users who meet the Reward’s criteria in clause 5,6,7 and are subject to the Capping in clause 8 will receive the Rewards. 

  1. The Rewards will be accumulated throughout the entire campaign period and will be credited to their wallet balance after the campaign ends, latest by 19 July 2023.  

  2. In the event, if the earnings are less than RM0.01, the amount will be rounded up to RM0.01. 

  3. TNGD reserves all rights at anytime with prior notice to substitute the Reward with another of equivalent value to the published recommended retail price.  

  4. This Campaign will end once the maximum number of eligible users of 65,000 is reached or when the Campaign Period ends, whichever is earlier. 

  5. If any user has been found performing certain action on their account that are of high risk and not in line with TNG Digital’s User Terms and Conditions, they will not be eligible to participate in this campaign and TNG Digital reserves any right to disqualify them from this Campaign and they will not be entitled to the Reward. 

  6. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefit under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breach of any of TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf
