Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion period is from 1 December 2022 until 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive).
2. This promotion offers two promotional codes:
i. “DECTNG18” is available to all Touch 'n Go eWallet users (TNG eWallet) who previously made one or more purchases at SHEIN platform (website/app); and
ii. “DECTNG20” is available to all Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who make a first purchase at SHEIN platform (website/app).
These users shall collectively be referred to as the “Eligible Users”.
During the promotion period, the eligible users may use the respective promotional codes for purchases at SHEIN and enjoy the following discounts:
3. Each eligible user may claim or collect only one discount voucher (a “Voucher”) (as applicable) in Alipay+ Rewards within Touch ‘n Go eWallet or at SHEIN platform (website/app).
4. Availability of voucher redemptions are limited (as the table above) on a first come, first served basis. Alipay+ Rewards' records shall prevail under any circumstances. The promotion will end upon the expiry of the promotion period or once all available voucher redemptions have been fully used up, whichever is earlier.
5. Each voucher is valid only for the promotion period and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
6. An eligible user shall refer to a natural person and we shall reserve the right to determine so by your provided name, phone number, device id, and other relevant information authorized and available to us.
7. Use of each voucher is governed by individual terms and conditions (“Voucher T&Cs”) of the vouchers, including validity period, minimum purchase requirement (if any). After collecting the voucher(s), such T&Cs are available for review in Touch ‘n Go eWallet via Touch 'n Go eWallet’s Homepage -> Alipay+ Rewards -> My Rewards.
8. The vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. They cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
9. The vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. Such discount shall only apply to payment via Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
10. In the event this promotion is stopped by a government agency's order or must be suspended due to server network attack or system failure or any circumstances beyond Alipay+ Rewards' control, such event shall be regarded as a force majeure event, and Alipay+ Rewards cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or dispute therefrom.
11. Alipay+ Rewards reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the promotion or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Alipay+ Rewards shall not be liable for any such change, suspension or termination and reserves the right of final decision of all the matters and disputes.
12. Alipay+ Rewards is entitled to, without any notice, make any necessary actions against any user that has an indication of practicing fraudulent or abusive behavior to get the promotion.
13. For any enquiries about this promotion and its details, users may raise your Alipay+ Rewards related concerns or questions by submitting a ticket to Alipay+ Customer Services as follow: Tap on Alipay+ Rewards icon from your Touch ‘n Go eWallet homepage -> Rewards Center banner -> Customer Services icon at the top right -> Submit a Ticket button -> Fill up the form and submit.
14. This promotion is only offered to users of an e-wallet resident in a jurisdiction where such e-wallet can offer its products and services under applicable laws. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not solicit a user resident in one jurisdiction to sign up to an e-wallet or promotion provided in a different jurisdiction.
15. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and other translated versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
