Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer is valid from 03/03/2023 to 1/04/2023 (both dates inclusive, collectively “Offer Period”). Any use of the voucher code made before or after the Offer Period will be invalid and rejected.

  2. The voucher code is valid for NEW foodpanda customers with a minimum spend of RM25. The maximum discount is capped at RM12 only.

  3. Voucher Code is only applicable with orders placed via Touch N Go eWallet on the foodpanda app or www.foodpanda.my only.

  4. Voucher Code is available for redemption on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  5. Unless stated otherwise, voucher code is (i) not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts, (ii) non-transferable and carrying forward (if applicable); (ii) not to be resold or whatsoever; (i) not exchangeable for cash, refund, replace or whatsoever; (iv) not stackable or to be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts; (v) not allowed for partial redemption or discount or redemption for any other product items or redemption for other promotions with the voucher codes.

  6. Delivery Hero Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion, any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms & conditions from time to time, with or without any prior notice. Any decision made by Delivery Hero Malaysia Sdn Bhd in relation thereto shall be final and binding on all persons.

  7. Delivery Hero Malaysia Sdn Bhd shall not be liable to any person including the customer and/or be liable to offer replacement of any voucher code, cash or otherwise compensate any Customer for expired, invalid, discontinued or cancelled voucher code; improper use of, or inability to redeem any voucher code; or the inability to redeem a voucher code due to technical issues.

Terma & Syarat

  1. Tawaran sah dari 03/03/2023 hingga 1/04/2023 (termasuk kedua-dua tarikh, secara kolektif "Tempoh Tawaran"). Sebarang penggunaan kod baucar yang dibuat sebelum atau selepas Tempoh Tawaran akan menjadi tidak sah dan ditolak.

  2. Kod baucar sah untuk pelanggan foodpanda BARU dengan perbelanjaan minimum RM25. Diskaun maksimum dihadkan pada RM12 sahaja.

  3. Kod Baucar hanya terpakai dengan pesanan yang dibuat melalui Touch N Go eWallet pada aplikasi foodpanda atau www.foodpanda.my sahaja.

  4. Kod Baucar tersedia untuk penebusan atas dasar siapa cepat dapat.

  5. Melainkan dinyatakan sebaliknya, kod baucar adalah (i) tidak sah bersama-sama dengan promosi atau diskaun lain, (ii) tidak boleh dipindah milik dan dibawa ke hadapan (jika berkenaan); (ii) tidak boleh dijual semula atau apa sahaja; (i) tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai, bayaran balik, ganti atau apa sahaja; (iv) tidak boleh disusun atau digabungkan dengan mana-mana tawaran, promosi atau diskaun lain; (v) tidak dibenarkan untuk penebusan separa atau diskaun atau penebusan untuk mana-mana item produk lain atau penebusan untuk promosi lain dengan kod baucar.

  6. Delivery Hero Malaysia Sdn Bhd berhak untuk mengubah, membatalkan, menamatkan atau menggantung promosi, mana-mana bahagian daripadanya atau mana-mana bahagian terma & syarat yang berkenaan dari semasa ke semasa, dengan atau tanpa sebarang notis awal. Sebarang keputusan yang dibuat oleh Delivery Hero Malaysia Sdn Bhd berhubung dengannya adalah muktamad dan mengikat semua orang.

  7. Delivery Hero Malaysia Sdn Bhd tidak akan bertanggungjawab kepada mana-mana orang termasuk pelanggan dan/atau bertanggungjawab untuk menawarkan penggantian mana-mana kod baucar, wang tunai atau sebaliknya memberi pampasan kepada mana-mana Pelanggan untuk kod baucar yang telah tamat tempoh, tidak sah, dihentikan atau dibatalkan; penggunaan tidak wajar, atau ketidakupayaan untuk menebus sebarang kod baucar; atau ketidakupayaan untuk menebus kod baucar kerana isu teknikal.
