Money Packet Treasure Hunt

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Money Packet Treasure Hunt (“the Campaign”) organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD”) is subject to the Terms and Conditions herein.

  2. This Campaign will begin from 30 March 2023 to 8 April 2023, inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”).

  3. This campaign is only open to the selected TNG eWallet users (“Eligible Users”) who received the campaign information via in-app inbox, push notification, or email.  

  4. During the Campaign Period, TNGD may issue Money Packet that consists of a minimum RM0.10 (“Money Packet Treasure”) hidden on some of the pages within the TNG eWallet app itself. Users are required to open their TNG eWallet app and hunt for the Money Packet Treasure.

  5. The campaign will end when all Money Packet Treasure has been fully claimed or at the end of the Campaign Period, whichever comes first.

  6. Money Packet Treasure will appear as a pop-up notification or banner in the TNG eWallet app. Users must click on the pop-up notification or banner and open the Money Packet to claim the credits successfully.

  7. Each Eligible User will have multiple chances to find and open the Money Packet Treasure that is spread across different pages within the TNG eWallet app.

  8. Each Eligible User can only successfully claim up to FIVE (5) Money Packet Treasures hidden across the TNG eWallet app, throughout the Campaign Period.

  9. Each Money Packet Treasure will be a randomised amount of at least RM0.10.

  10. The Money Packet Treasure is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis everyday throughout the campaign period. Users are highly encouraged to revisit the TNG eWallet app the next day if the Money Packet has been fully claimed for a day.

  11. Users who claim the Money Packet Treasure successfully ("Successful Hunter") will instantly receive the amount into the user’s eWallet account if the daily Money Packet Treasure has not been fully claimed and if their respective account is active.

  12. The credits from the Money Packet will fail to be credited if the received credit would cause their eWallet balance to exceed its limit.

  13. TNGD reserves the right to change or amend the issuance of these Money Packets at any point of time during the Campaign Period with five (5) days prior notice.

  14. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefit under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breach of any of TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)

Memburu Harta Karun Money Packet

Terma dan Syarat

  1. Money Packet Treasure Hunt (“Kempen”) dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD”) tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat di sini.

  2. Kempen ini akan bermula dari 30 Mac 2023 sehingga 8 April 2023, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh (“Tempoh Kempen”)

  3. Kempen ini hanya tebuka kepada pengguna TNG eWallet terpilih sahaja (“Pengguna Layak”) yang menerima maklumat kempen melalui peti masuk dalam aplikasi, notifikasi “push”, atau emel.

  4. Semasa Tempoh Kempen, TNGD boleh mengeluarkan Money Packet yang terdiri daripada minimum RM0.10 (“Harta Karun Money Packet”) yang tersembunyi di beberapa halaman dalam aplikasi TNG eWallet. Pengguna perlu membuka aplikasi TNG eWallet mereka dan memburu Harta Karun Money Packet.

  5. Kempen akan berakhir apabila semua Harta Karun Money Packet telah dituntut atau pada akhir Tempoh Kempen, yang mana terdahulu.

  6. Harta Karun Money Packet akan muncul sebagai notifikasi “pop-up” atau “banner” dalam aplikasi TNG eWallet. Pengguna perlu klik pada pada notifikasi “pop-up” atau “banner” dan buka Money Packet untuk berjaya menerima kredit.

  7. Setiap Pengguna Layak akan mempunyai pelbagai peluang untuk mencari dan membuka Harta Karun Money Packet yang tersebar di halaman berlainan dalam aplikasi TNG eWallet.

  8. Setiap Pengguna Layak hanya boleh berjaya menerima sehingga LIMA (5) Harta Karun Money Packet tersembunyi di seluruh aplikasi TNG eWallet, sepenjang Tempoh Kempen.

  9. Setiap Harta Karun Money Packet akan mempunyai amaun secara rawak dengan sekurang-sekurangnya RM0.10.

  10. Harta Karun Money Packet adalah terhad dan boleh diperoleh atas dasar siapa cepat dia dapat setiap hari sepanjang tempoh kempen. Pengguna amatlah digalakkan untuk membuka semula TNG eWallet pada hari seterusnya jika Money Packet telah dituntut sepenuhnya.

  11. Pengguna yang berjaya menuntut Harta Karun Money Packet (“Pemburu Berjaya”) akan segera menerima jumlah tersebut ke dalam akaun eWallet pengguna jika Harta Karun Money Packet harian masih tidak dituntut sepenuhnya dan jika akaun mereka masih aktif.

  12. Kredit daripada Money Packet akan gagal untuk dikreditkan jika kredit yang diterima akan menyebabkan baki eWallet pengguna melebihi had mereka.

  13. TNGD berhak untuk mengubah atau meminda pengeluaran Money Packet ini pada bila-bila masa sepanjang Tempoh Kempen dengan lima (5) hari pemberitahuan awal.

  14. TNG Digital berhak untuk menahan sebarang manfaat di bawah perkhidmatan yang diberikan, dengan notis terlebih dahulu kepada pengguna jika pengguna didapati melanggar mana-mana Terma dan Syarat Pengguna TNG Digital, https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf
