Free Credit Surprise Campaign

1.          Free Credit Surprise Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNG Digital”) as a token of appreciation to thank the selected Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“TNG eWallet”) users for their support.

2.          The Campaign begins on 24 May 2023 to 30 May 2023, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

3.          The Campaign is only opened to the selected TNG eWallet users (“Eligible Users”) during Campaign Period.

4.          During the Campaign Period, Eligible Users will receive a free credit RM1 in their eWallet which could use for any payment and transaction via TNG eWallet.

5.          The free credit received from this Campaign will be prioritised for use before funds from any other sources.

6.          Eligible Users must spend the free credit received by 30 May 2023 11:59:59PM.

7.          If users do not spend the free credit by the expiry time & date, the amount will be forfeited. Users who failed to use their Reload Pin Surprise cannot have their value reinstated.

8.          TNG Digital will not in any way contact users for any personal information or account credentials for this Campaign.

9.          TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefit under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breach of any of TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)

Kempen Kejutan Kredit Percuma

1.          Kempen Kejutan Kredit Percuma (“Kempen”) dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNG Digital”) sebagai tanda penghargaan untuk mengucapkan terima kasih kepada pengguna Touch 'n Go eWallet (“TNG eWallet”) yang terpilih atas sokongan.

2.          Kempen bermula pada 24 Mei 2023 hingga 30 Mei 2023, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh (“Tempoh Kempen”).

3.          Kempen hanya dibuka kepada pengguna eWallet TNG terpilih (“Pengguna Layak”) semasa Tempoh Kempen.

4.          Semasa Tempoh Kempen, Pengguna Layak akan menerima kredit percuma RM1 dalam eDompet mereka yang boleh digunakan untuk sebarang pembayaran dan transaksi melalui TNG eWallet.

5.          Kredit percuma yang diterima daripada Kempen ini akan diutamakan untuk digunakan sebelum dana daripada mana-mana sumber lain.

6.          Pengguna yang Layak mesti membelanjakan kredit percuma yang diterima sebelum 30 Mei 2023 11:59:59PM.

7.          Jika pengguna tidak membelanjakan kredit percuma pada masa & tarikh tamat tempoh, jumlah tersebut akan dilucuthakkan. Pengguna yang gagal menggunakan kredit percuma mereka tidak boleh mengembalikan nilai mereka.

8.          TNG Digital tidak akan dalam apa-apa cara menghubungi pengguna untuk sebarang maklumat peribadi atau kelayakan akaun untuk Kempen ini.

9.          TNG Digital berhak untuk menahan sebarang faedah di bawah perkhidmatan yang diberikan, dengan notis awal kepada pengguna jika pengguna didapati telah melanggar mana-mana Terma dan Syarat Pengguna TNG Digital (https://www.touchngo. com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)
