Maxis Online Store on Touch ‘n Go eWallet Promotion

Terms and Conditions

1.    Promotion period is from 14 March 2022 until 30 September 2022, inclusive of both dates.

2.    Eligible user is defined as:

·         existing Maxis user who signed up to a new Hotlink or Maxis Postpaid line

·         existing Maxis user who signed up to a new Hotlink or Maxis Postpaid line and buy a device

·         new user who signed up to a new Hotlink or Maxis Postpaid line

·         new user who ported-in to Hotlink or Maxis Postpaid

·         new Maxis user who signed up to a Hotlink or Maxis Postpaid new line and buy a device

·         new Maxis user who ported-in to Hotlink or Maxis Postpaid and buy a device

3.    Eligible users who perform a specific transaction (as per table below) on Maxis Online Store on Touch ‘n Go eWallet (excluding Postpaid bill payment, Prepaid reload, and Hotlink Prepaid simpack) will receive the following cashback:

4.    The promotion is capped at the first 15,000 redemptions and the breakdown are as follows:

·         Hotlink Postpaid Plan – 3,000 transactions

·         Maxis Postpaid Plan – 3,000 transactions

·         Normal Device Contract/Zerolution (Mobile Device) - 4,000 transactions

·         Additional Hotlink Postpaid, Maxis Postpaid and Normal Device Contract/ Zerolution (Mobile Device) – 5,000 transactions (to be utilized starting from 15 April 2022 to 30 September 2022 or until the transactions mentioned herein are fully utilized, whichever is earlier)

5.    The promotion will cease at the expiration of the promotion period or redemption for the promotion is fully exhausted (whichever event is earlier).

6.    Each eligible user is allowed to purchase as many times as they like throughout the promotion period, to enjoy the cashback.

7.    The cashback amount will be credited into user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet within 14 working days upon successful eligible transaction.

8.    The cashback is not valid with any other vouchers, promotions and/or offers.

10.  TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the Users if the Users are found to have in breach of any TNG Digital’s users Term and Conditions.

11.  Other Maxis’ terms and conditions shall apply.

Terma dan Syarat

1.    Tempoh promosi adalah dari 14 Mac 2022 sehingga 30 September 2022, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh tersebut.

2.    Pengguna yang layak ditakrifkan sebagai:

a)    pengguna Maxis sedia ada yang mendaftar ke talian Hotlink atau Maxis Postpaid yang baharu

b)    pengguna Maxis sedia ada yang mendaftar ke talian Hotlink atau Maxis Postpaid yang baharu dan membeli telefon mudah alih

c)     pengguna baharu yang mendaftar ke talian Hotlink atau Maxis Postpaid yang baharu

d)    pengguna baharu yang berpindah ke Hotlink atau Maxis Postpaid

e)    pengguna Maxis baharu yang mendaftar ke talian baharu Hotlink atau Maxis Postpaid dan membeli telefon mudah alih

f)     pengguna Maxis baharu yang berpindah ke Hotlink atau Maxis Postpaid dan membeli telefon mudah alih

3.    Pengguna yang layak yang melakukan transaksi tertentu (seperti jadual di bawah) di Maxis Online Store di Touch ‘n Go eWallet (tidak termasuk pembayaran bil Postpaid, tambah nilai Prepaid dan pembelian simpack Prepaid Hotlink) akan menerima pulangan tunai berikut:

4.    Promosi ini dihadkan kepada 15,000 penebusan terawal dan pecahan adalah seperti berikut:

a)    Pelan Postpaid Hotlink – 3,000 transaksi

b)    Pelan Postpaid Maxis – 3,000 transaksi

c)     Kontrak Telefon Mudah Alih Biasa/Zerolution (Telefon Mudah Alih) - 4,000 transaksi

d)    Tambahan transaksi untuk pelan Postpaid Hotlink, Postpaid Maxis dan Kontrak Telefon Mudah Alih Biasa / Zerolution (Telefon Mudah Alih) – 5,000 transaksi (akan digunakan bermula daripada 15 April 2022 hingga 31 Disember 2022 atau sehingga transaksi yang dinyatakan di sini digunakan sepenuhnya, yang mana lebih awal)

5.    Promosi ini akan tamat pada tarikh akhir tempoh promosi atau apabila jumlah penebusan untuk promosi ini telah habis ditebus (mana-mana yang terdahulu).

6.    Setiap pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet boleh membuat pembelian sebanyak mana yang dikehendaki sepanjang tempoh promosi untuk menikmati pulangan tunai.

7.    Jumlah pulangan tunai akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Touch 'n Go eWallet pengguna dalam tempoh 14 hari bekerja berdasarkan transaksi yang berjaya.

8.    Pulangan Tunai ini tidak sah diguna bersama baucar, promosi, dan/atau tawaran yang lain.

10.  TNG Digital berhak untuk menahan apa-apa faedah bagi perkhidmatan yang diberikan dengan notis kepada pengguna sekiranya pengguna didapati melanggar Terma dan Syarat pengguna TNG Digital.

11.  Tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat Maxis yang lain.
