KyoChon: RM10 Cashback Voucher Promotion

Terms and Conditions

1.       This promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) and Kyochon Sdn Bhd (Partner).

2.       Promotion period is from 15 March 2023 until 30 April 2023, including of both dates.

3.       Users who make a minimum spend of RM60 in a single transaction on KYOCHON app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet are eligible to receive ONE (1) RM10 cashback voucher.

4.       Promotion is valid for transactions happens within the KYOCHON app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet only.

5.       No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.

6.       The RM10.00 cashback voucher will automatically be saved under “My Rewards” section in the user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

7.       Each user can earn a maximum of ONE (1) RM10 cashback voucher only throughout the promotion period.

8.       The RM10 cashback voucher will be utilised in the next transaction that meets the voucher’s criteria. Refer to the specific voucher’s details or terms and conditions in "My Rewards" for further information.

9.       The RM10 cashback will be credited to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet immediately after meeting the RM10 cashback voucher’s criteria. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this promotion.

10.   Validity of the cashback voucher is 30 days from the point of voucher received. Any unused voucher thereafter will expire.

11.   Only ONE (1) voucher can be used per transaction. This cashback voucher may not be used in conjunction with other promotions and/or promotions by TNGD.

12.   In the event if the user meets the requirements of two or more vouchers in a single transaction, TNGD has the right to determine which voucher to be used.

13.   The RM10 cashback voucher is limited to first 1,000 eligible users. The promotion will cease once all the vouchers have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.

14.   This promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

15.   Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.

16.   TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with  prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. KyoChon: Promosi Pulangan Tunai RM10

Terma dan Syarat

1.       Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) dan Kyochon Sdn Bhd (Rakan Kongsi).

2.       Tempoh promosi adalah dari 15 Mac 2023 sehingga 30 April 2023, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut.

3.       Pengguna yang membuat satu transaksi dengan perbelanjaan minimum RM60 melalui aplikasi KYOCHON yang terdapat di dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet, boleh mendapat SATU (1) baucar pulangan tunai RM10.00.

4.       Promosi ini hanya sah bagi pembelian melalui aplikasi KYOCHON yang terdapat di dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet sahaja.

5.       Penggabungan transaksi dan/atau pengasingan transaksi adalah tidak dibenarkan.

6.       Baucar pulangan tunai RM10 akan disimpan secara automatik di bawah bahagian “My Rewards” dalam Touch ‘n Go eWalet pengguna.

7.       Setiap pengguna boleh memperoleh maksimum SATU (1) baucar RM10 sahaja sepanjang tempoh promosi.

8.       Baucar pulangan tunai RM10 ini akan digunakan dalam transaksi seterusnya yang memenuhi kriteria baucar. Rujuk butiran atau terma dan syarat baucar khusus di "My Rewards" untuk maklumat lanjut.

9.       Pulangan tunai RM10 akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dengan serta-merta, selepas memenuhi kriteria baucar. TNGD tidak akan membuat panggilan telefon berkenaan promosi ini.

10.   Baucar pulangan tunai ini sah selama 30 hari dari tarikh baucar diterima. Mana-mana baucar yang tidak digunakan selepas itu akan tamat tempoh.

11.   Hanya SATU (1) baucar boleh digunakan bagi setiap transaksi. Baucar pulangan tunai ini tidak boleh digunakan bersama-sama dengan promosi dan/atau promosi lain oleh TNGD.

12.   Sekiranya pengguna memenuhi syarat penggunaan dua atau lebih baucar dalam satu transaksi, TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd memiliki hak untuk menentukan baucar yang digunakan.

13.   Baucar pulangan tunai RM10 ini adalah terhad bagi 1,000 Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila pulangan tunai telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat tempoh promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

14.   Promosi ini tidak sah digunakan dengan mana-mana promosi, diskaun atau baucar yang lain.

15.   Promosi ini tidak sah untuk sebarang bentuk atau jenis tambah nilai, kad hadiah dan perkhimatan dalam kedai.
