Free Reload Pin Campaign

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Free Reload Pin Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNG Digital”) and is subject to Terms and Conditions herein. 

  1. This Campaign is open to the selected Touch ‘n Go eWallet users (“Eligible Users”) who received the notification via in-app inbox, push notification, or email.    

  1. The Campaign begins on 1 January 2023 to 31 Dec 2023, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).  

  1. During the Campaign Period, Eligible Users will receive the TNGF1P5L Reload Pin via in-app inbox or email which they could reload their TNG eWallet by entering the Reload Pin. 

  1. The Eligible Users who reloaded from the Free Reload Pin must spend the reloaded credit within sixty (60) days. If users do not spend the credit by the mentioned days, the credit will be forfeited and deducted from their wallet balance. 

  1. The amount received from this Campaign will be prioritized for transaction from any other fund sources. 

  1. TNG Digital will not in any way contact users for any personal information or account credentials for this Campaign. 

  1. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefit under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breach of any of TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf) 

  1. This Terms and Conditions shall be further subject to the General Campaign Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.tngdigital.com.my/general-terms-and-conditions
