Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. This Cashback Campaign (the “Campaign”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) & AIA General Berhad (“AIA”) and shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions herein.
1.2. By participating in this Campaign, the Participants (as defined in Clause 3) hereby expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and that any decisions made by TNGD & AIA in respect of the Campaign shall be final and binding.
2. Campaign Period
2.1. The Campaign shall start from 22 May 2023 at 00:00 AM until 31 July 2023 at 11:59 PM (“Campaign Period”).
2.2. TNGD & AIA reserve the right to vary, postpone or re-schedule the dates of the Campaign Period or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Campaign is open to all TNGD users who meets the following criteria under this Clause 3 (“Participant”) as follows:
(a) Have never purchased its car insurance with AIA on TNGD’s CarInsure prior to this Campaign;
(b) Is purchasing AIA Car Insure product for the following car brands:
(i) BMW;
(ii) Mercedes-Benz;
(iii) Honda; or
(iv) Toyota;
(c) Applies the promo code “AIACASHBACK” upon checkout; and
(d) Pay for such transaction using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“TNG eWallet”).
4. Cashback
4.1 Cashback will be credited into the eligible Participants’ respective TNG eWallet accounts within 10-working days from the date of AIA’s approval of the Eligible Participant’s car insurance policy
4.2 Cashback allocation is as below:

4.3 Each eligible Participant shall only be entitled to receive one (1) cashback per eligible car brand throughout the Campaign Period.
5. General Terms and Conditions
5.1. All costs incurred by the Participant in relation to the Campaign shall solely be borne by the Participant. AIA and TNGD shall not be under any obligation to reimburse the Participant of any cost and expenses incurred thereof.
5.2. AIA and TNGD shall not be responsible or held liable in any manner whatsoever in respect of technical failures of any kind whatsoever, intervention, interruptions and/or electronic or human error in the administration and/or processing of the submission performed in respect of the car insurance purchase under this Campaign.
5.3. AIA and TNGD reserve the right (upon giving reasonable notice) to amend, vary, cancel, suspend or terminate this Campaign or any part thereof. Such notice may be published by AIA and/or TNGD through any other mode of communication as AIA and/or TNGD determines in its absolute discretion. The Participant shall be bound to such changes.
5.4. For the avoidance of doubt, any changes, cancellation, suspension, or termination of this Campaign by AIA and/or TNGD shall not entitle the Participants or any other persons whatsoever to any claim or compensation against AIA and/or TNGD for any losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of such amendment, variation, cancellation, suspension or termination.
5.5. AIA and TNGD shall not be liable for any losses, damages or costs incurred or suffered by any Participant as a result of the Participant’s participation in this Campaign. Furthermore, AIA and TNGD shall not be liable for any default of its obligations under the Campaign due to any force majeure event which includes but not limited to act of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of AIA and TNGD.
5.6. The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
5.7. AIA and/or TNGD at its discretion may disqualify or otherwise reject any Participant who does not comply with the Terms and Conditions stated herein and/or are found or suspected to be tampering. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to the Campaign and/or any attempts to circumvent the Terms and Conditions herein.
5.8. Any variation of any of the Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be binding on the Participants and be deemed to be brought to their attention through any notice displayed in AIA and/or TNGD’s website and/or through any other mode of communication as determined in the absolute discretion of AIA and/or TNGD.
5.9. Participant also agree and consent to their information or details (including without limitation personal data or information) being processed and used by AIA and TNGD for:
(i) the purposes of the Campaign; and
(ii) marketing and promotional activities conducted in such a manner as AIA and TNGD deems fit in any media, including but not limited to any form of advertising or publicity and materials such as audio and/or visual recordings published through newspapers, television networks, radio stations or online and digital media and on the Internet, without further express consent from the Participant. Marketing and promotion activities include without limitation the use and/or publication of any details provided in and/or in connection to the entries, interviews material as well responses and related photographs. In this regard, each Participant agrees to co-operate and participate without further express consent and/or payment or consideration, in all reasonable advertising and publicity activities of AIA and/or TNGD in relation to the Campaign.

5. General Terms and Conditions
