CarInsure Up To 10% Instant Discount Campaign Jan 2023

Terms & Conditions

CarInsure Up To 10% Instant Discount Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any of these Terms and Conditions at its discretion with prior notice.

CAMPAIGN PERIOD

1.         The Campaign shall run from 1^st  Jan 2023 to 31^st Jan 2023, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

2.         The Organiser may at its discretion extend the Campaign Period at any time with prior notice.

ELIGIBLE USER

3.         The Campaign is open to all Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who renews their car insurance/takaful via CarInsure in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet application or website (“User”).

CAMPAIGN MECHANISM

4.         User who renews car insurance/ takaful via CarInsure in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet application or Touch ‘n Go eWallet website shall be entitled up to 10% Instant Discount (“Discount”) from the Gross Premium/ Contribution. The discount percentage for each insurer/ takaful operator shown in the following table:

5.         The Discount shall be deducted upfront from the Gross Premium/ Contribution in the payment page.

6.         The Discount is applicable to the Gross Premium/ Contribution only. Road tax, stamp duty, SST, delivery fee and other charges are not inclusive for the Discount and will be charged at full value.

7.         The car insurance/takaful renewal must be paid via Touch ‘n Go eWallet account.

8.         The Campaign is strictly for Car Insurance policy/ certificate renewed via CarInsure in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet platforms (application or website) as set out in Clause 4 above. For the avoidance of doubt, User who renews the Car Insurance policy via offline or any other channels other than the aforementioned platforms will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.

9.         The Organizer will not entertain any request from any User or any other person to fulfil the Discount to any third party other than the Touch ‘n Go eWallet account of the Eligible User.

10.       The total maximum Discount fund of this Campaign is RM60,000 that is to be given out to all Eligible Users throughout the Campaign Period based on a first come, first served basis.

11.       Any Touch ‘n Go eWallet User who fails to renew their car insurance policy/ takaful certificate via CarInsure shall not be entitled to participate in the Campaign.

Terma & Syarat

Kempen CarInsure Up to 10% Discount (“Kempen”) adalah dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“Penganjur”). Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, anda bersetuju untuk mengikuti dan mematuhi terma dan syarat ini. Penganjur berhak untuk meminda, menambah dan membuang mana-mana Terma dan Syarat dengan  pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu,

TEMPOH KEMPEN

1.    Kempen ini akan bermula pada 1hb Jan 2023 hingga 31hb Jan 2023, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh (“Tempoh Kempen”)

2.    Penganjur boleh secara mutlak untuk memanjangkan Tempoh Kempen pada bila-bila masa dengan  memberi notis terlebih dahulu.

PENGGUNA YANG LAYAK

3.    Kempen ini adalah terbuka kepada semua pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang memperbaharui insurans/takaful kereta dengan CarInsure melalui aplikasi atau laman web Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“Pengguna yang layak”).

MEKANIK KEMPEN

4.    Pengguna yang memperbaharui insurans/takaful kereta dengan CarInsure melalui aplikasi atau laman web Touch ‘n Go eWallet akan layak mendapat diskaun sehingga sebanyak 10% dengan serta-merta (“Diskaun”) daripada Premium/ Sumbangan Kasar. Peratusan diskaun bagi setiap syarikat insurans/ takaful ditunjukkan dalam jadual berikut:

5.    Diskaun akan dikenakan dan harga akan ditolak daripada Premium/Sumbangan Kasar di halaman pembayaran.

6.    Diskaun hanya akan dikenakan atas Premium Kasar/ Sumbangan sahaja. Cukai jalan, duti setem, SST, caj penghantaran dan caj lain tidak layak untuk mendapat Diskaun dan harus dibayar dalam nilai yang penuh.

7.    Insurans/Takaful kereta mesti dibayar melalui akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

8.    Kempen ini adalah untuk polisi insurans/ sijil takaful kereta yang dibeli dengan CarInsure melalui platform Touch ‘n Go eWallet (aplikasi atau laman web) seperti dinyatakan di Klausa 4 di atas. Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, Pengguna yang memperbaharui polisi insurans/takaful kereta melalui luar talian atau mana-mana saluran yang lain selain daripada platform yang disebutkan adalah tidak layak untuk menyertai Kempen ini.

9.    Penganjur tidak akan melayan sebarang permintaan daripada sesiapa untuk memberi Diskaun kepada pihak ketiga selain daripada akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet kepunyaan Pengguna yang layak sahaja.

10.  Diskaun Kempen ini adalah terhad kepada Jumlah maksimum RM60,000, yang akan diberi kepada semua Pengguna yang layak dalam Tempoh Kempen, berdasarkan giliran.

11.  Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang gagal membeli atau memperbaharui polisi insurans/ sijil takaful kereta mereka melalui CarInsure tidak berhak mengambil bahagian dalam kempen ini.
