A1      Users will be able to enjoy promotion of 20% off capped at (RM6.00) for bus and ferry tickets on Easybook’s Mini Program in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet with minimum spend of RM25.00, with the promotion code “TNGEB20” throughout campaign period.

Q2     What is the duration of this Campaign?

A2      The Campaign is valid from 1st November until 31st December 2021.

Q3     Who is eligible for this Campaign?

A3      All Easybook users are eligible for this campaign. However, the redemption is capped at 10,000 redemptions monthly, on a first come first serve basis. Each user will be eligible for ONE (1) redemption throughout campaign period.

Q4     Is this promo code valid on Easybook’s own App?

A4      No, this is only valid Easybook Mini Program, a sub-application in Touch’n Go eWallet.

Q5     Is there a minimum order required to be eligible to use the Campaign?

A5      Yes, a minimum spend of RM25.00 on bus tickets is required to enjoy the offer.

Q6     Can the promo code be utilized at any time?

A6      This promo code can be used at any time throughout campaign period.

Q7     Can the Campaign be used together with other Campaigns?

A7      No. The Campaign is not applicable with any other ongoing Campaigns, discounts, vouchers or membership privileges.

J1      Pengguna akan menikmati promosi 20% (dihadkan sebanyak RM6.00) untuk tiket bas dan feri apabila pengguna belanja sekurang-kurangnya  RM25.00 dari Easybook Mini Program di dalam Touch’n Go eWallet, sepanjang tempoh kempen apabila menggunakan kod promosi “TNGEB20”.

S2      Apakah tempoh Kempen ini?

J2      Kempen ini sah dari 1 November sehingga 31 Disember 2021.

S3      Siapa yang layak menggunakan Kempen ini?

J3      Semua pengguna Easybook layak menyertai kempen ini. Namun, penebusan terhad kepada 10,000 penebusan yang terawal sepanjang tempoh kempen. Penebusan untuk pengguna terhad kepada SATU (1) kali sepanjah tempoh kempen.

 S4     Adakah kod promosi ini boleh digunnakan di aplikasi Easybook?

J4      Promosi ini boleh digunakan untuk tempahan yang dibuat di dalam Mini Program Easybook, sub-aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

S5      Adakah terdapat tempahan minimum diperlukan bagi menikmati Kempen ini?

J5      Pengguna mesti belanja sekurang-kurangnya RM25.00 untuk tiket bas di dalam Mini Program Easybook untuk menikmati Kempen ini.

S6      Bolehkan promosi ini digunakan pada bila-bila masa?

J6      Kod diskaun ini boleh digunakan sepanjang Tempoh Kempen.

S7      Bolehkah Kempen ini digunakan bersempena dengan Kempen lain?

J7      Tidak. Kempen ini tidak sah digunakan bersama dengan sebarang Kempen, diskaun, baucar atau keistimewaan keahlian lain yang masih berjalan.
