What is this Campaign about?

This Campaign is for Users who key in “SPECIAL” promo code during their purchase of a car insurance policy/ takaful certificate via CarInsure. These Users shall be entitled to a maximum cashback of RM40 on the Special Perils gross premium/ contribution (Cashback). The maximum Cashback will be capped at Ringgit Malaysia Forty (RM40.00) per transaction during the Campaign Period.

What is the duration of this Campaign?

The duration of this campaign is from 10th Feb 2022 until 31st Mar 2022 (“Campaign Period”).

 

Who is eligible for this Campaign?

This Campaign is ONLY applicable to Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who key in “SPECIAL” promo code during their purchase of a car insurance policy/ takaful certificate via CarInsure on Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s application or website. User must select ‘add-on Special Perils’ during their purchase of car insurance policy/ takaful certificate to enjoy for this promotion.

Do I eligible for the Cashback if I forgot to key in the promo code?

No, you must key in the promo code during checkout of the transaction in order to enjoy the Cashback.

Where I should key in the promo code?

You can key in the “SPECIAL” promo code in the “Promo/ Referral Code Column” at the “Checkout” page.

Is there any minimum spending required to be eligible for this Campaign?

No, there is no minimum spending required for this campaign.

Is there any limit for this campaign?

Yes, the Cashback is only limited to the first 1,250 policies based on “first come first served” basis. The maximum Cashback on the Special Perils gross premium/ contribution (Cashback) will be capped at RM40 per transaction during the Campaign Period.

Can I purchase multiple insurance policies/ takaful certificate to be entitled for the Cashback in this Campaign?

Yes, you can purchase/ renew multiple insurance policies/ takaful certificate via CarInsure and you will still be entitled for the Cashback, subject to the Campaign Terms and Conditions.

Can I help my family members/ friends to renew their car insurance/ takaful?

Yes, you can. The Cashback will go to User who perform the transaction and you’re required to key in the “SPECIAL” promo code during checkout of the transaction.

Can I get the Cashback if I purchase my car insurance/ takaful from other channels? i.e; agent, customer service, walk in etc.

No, only successful purchase through the CarInsure in eWallet platforms (website or app) during the Campaign Period will be entitled to the Cashback.

When will I get the Cashback?

You will receive the Cashback in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account within 10 working days after issuance of the said policy.

Apakah tawaran Kempen ini?

Pengguna yang memasukkan kod promo “SPECIAL” semasa membeli polisi insurans kereta/sijil takaful melalui CarInsure berhak mendapat pulangan tunai maksimum RM40 pada premium/sumbangan kasar Special Perils (Pulangan Tunai). Pulangan Tunai maksimum akan dihadkan kepada Ringgit Malaysia Empat Puluh (RM40.00) bagi setiap transaksi semasa Tempoh Kempen.

Bilakah tempoh Kempen ini?

Tempoh kempen ini akan bermula dari 1hb Feb 2022 hingga 31hb Mac 2022 ("Tempoh Kempen").

 

Siapakah yang layak untuk Kempen ini?

Kempen ini HANYA untuk pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang memasukkan kod promo “SPECIAL” semasa pembelian insurans kereta melalui Car Insure di platform eWallet (laman web atau aplikasi) di dalam Tempoh Kempen. Pengguna perlu menambahkan Perlindungan Tambahan Bencana Khas (pilih ‘add on Special Perils’) semasa pembelian polisi insurans / sijil takaful untuk menikmati promosi ini.

Adakah saya layak mendapat Pulangan Tunai sekiranya saya terlupa memasukkan kod promo?

Tidak, anda mesti memasukkan kod promo semasa pembayaran transaksi untuk menikmati Pulangan Tunai.

Di manakah saya harus memasukkan kod promo?

Anda boleh memasukkan kod promo "SPECIAL" di "Promo/ Referral Code Column" di halaman "Checkout".

Adakah perbelanjaan minimum diperlukan untuk memenuhi syarat untuk Kempen ini?

Tidak ada perbelanjaan minimum yang diperlukan untuk kempen ini.

Adakah had untuk kempen ini?

Ya, Pulangan Tunai hanya terhad kepada 1,250 polisi terawal berdasarkan giliran. Pulangan Tunai maksimum pada premium /sumbangan kasarSpecial Perils (Pulangan Tunai) akan dihadkan kepada RM40 setiap transaksi semasa Tempoh Kempen.

Bolehkah saya membeli beberapa polisi insurans /sijil takaful untuk mendapat Pulangan Tunai dalam Kempen ini?

Ya, anda boleh membeli / memperbaharui beberapa polisi insurans/ siji takaful  melalui CarInsure dan anda masih berhak mendapat Pulangan Tunai, tertakluk pada Terma dan Syarat Kempen.

Bolehkah saya membantu ahli keluarga / rakan saya untuk memperbaharui insurans/ takaful kereta mereka?

Ya. Anda boleh membantu ahli keluarga/ rakan untuk memperbaharui insurans/takaful kereta mereka. Pulangan Tunai akan diberikan kepada Pengguna yang melakukan transaksi dan anda diminta memasukkan kod promo “SPECIAL” semasa pembayaran transaksi.

 

Bolehkah saya mendapat Pulangan Tunai jika membeli insurans kereta saya dari saluran lain? iaitu; ejen, khidmat pelanggan, berjalan masuk dan lain-lain lagi.

Tidak, hanya pembelian yang berjaya melalui CarInsure di platform eWallet (laman web atau aplikasi) semasa Tempoh Kempen akan mendapat Pulangan Tunai.

Bilakah saya akan mendapat  Pualangan Tunai?

Anda akan menerima Pulangan Tunai dalam akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet anda dalam masa 10 hari bekerja setelah pengeluaran polisi tersebut.
