Terms and Conditions

1.      This Promotion is organized by Touch ‘n Go Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) and Razer Gold (Partner).

2.      The Promotion Period is from 16 April 2023 until 31 May 2023, both dates inclusive.

3.      Users who make a minimum spend of RM9.51 in a single transaction at Razer Gold for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and pay with Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘Pay’ function can get 10% Cashback (Capped at RM2) and Bonus Mobile Legends Diamond.

4.      Promotion is valid at Razer Gold Malaysia website and for online purchases only. The online store can be found at https://gold.razer.com/my/en.

5.      No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.

6.      The 10% cashback (Capped at RM2) will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet within THREE (3) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia public holidays) from the eligible transaction date. The codes for the Bonus Mobile Legends Diamonds will be distributed to Users by batches within THIRTY (30) days via email from the eligible transaction date. Users need to activate the codes within two (2) months from the date of receipt. Touch ‘n Go Digital will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.

7.      Eligible recharge denomination on the 10% cashback (Capped at RM2) and the Bonus Mobile Legends Diamond will be as follows:

Any other recharge denominations are not entitled to this Promotion.

Each Touch ‘n Go eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the 10% cashback (Capped at RM2) ONE (1) time only, and no individual limitation on the Bonus Mobile Legends Diamond throughout the Promotion Period.

8.      The 10% cashback (Capped at RM2) is limited to the total cashback pool of RM6,000. The Bonus Mobile Legends Diamond is limited to the first 39,000 Bonus Mobile Legends Diamond distribution. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks and the distribution of the Mobile Legends Diamond had been fully utilised.

9.      This Promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

10.   Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.

11.   Touch ‘n Go Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any Touch ‘n Go Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. Razer Gold: Pulangan Tunai 10%

Terma dan Syarat

1.       Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh Touch ‘n Go Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) dan Razer Gold (Rakan Kongsi).

2.       Tempoh promosi adalah dari 16 April 2023 sehingga 31 Mei 2023, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut.

3.       Pengguna yang membuat pembelian dengan perbelanjaan minimum RM9.51 dalam satu resit di Razer Gold untuk Mobile Legends: Bang Bang dan membuat bayaran menggunakan fungsi ‘Bayar’ pada Touch ‘n Go eWallet boleh mendapat Pulangan Tunai 10% (Terhad pada RM2) dan Bonus Mobile Legends Diamond.

4.       Promosi ini hanya sah di laman web Razer Gold Malaysia dan bagi pembelian atas talian di https://gold.razer.com/my/en.

5.       Penggabungan resit dan/atau pengasingan transaksi adalah tidak dibenarkan

6.       Pulangan Tunai 10% (Terhad pada RM2) akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dalam masa TIGA (3) hari bekerja (Isnin hingga Jumaat tidak termasuk cuti umum Malaysia) selepas tarikh transaksi yang layak. Pemberian Bonus Mobile Legends Diamond akan diprocess dalam masa TIGA PULUH (30) hari melalui email selepas tarikh transaksi yang layak. Pengguna dikehendaki mengaktifkan kod dalam tempoh dua bulan selepas menerima kod berkenaan. Touch ‘n Go Digital tidak akan membuat panggilan telefon berkenaan Promosi ini.

7.       Denominasi yang layak menerima Pulangan Tunai 10% (Terhad pada RM2) dan Bonus Mobile Legends Diamond adalah seperti berikut:

Demoninasi yang lain tidak termasuk dalam Promosi ini.

Setiap Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet hanya layak menikmati Pulangan Tunai 10% (Terhad pada RM2) ini sebanyak SATU (1) sahaja dan tiada had individu untuk penerimaan Bonus Mobile Legends Diamond sepanjang Tempoh Promosi.

8.       Pulangan Tunai 10% (Terhad pada RM2) adalah terhad kepada RM6,000 jumlah Pulangan Tunai terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Pemberian Bonus Mobile Legends Diamond adalah terhad kepada 39,000 Bonus Mobile Legends Diamond. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila Pulangan Tunai telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pemberian Bonus Mobile Legends Diamond mencapai had yang ditentukan, yang mana lebih lewat.

9.       Promosi ini tidak sah digunakan dengan mana-mana promosi, diskaun atau baucar yang lain.

10.   Promosi ini tidak sah untuk sebarang bentuk atau jenis tambah nilai, kad hadiah dan perkhimatan dalam kedai.

11.   Touch ‘n Go Digital berhak untuk menahan sebarang faedah di bawah perkhidmatan yang diberikan, dengan atau tanpa notis kepada pengguna jika pengguna didapati telah melanggar terma dan syarat Pengguna Touch ‘n Go Digital.
