Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) and Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd (Partner).

2. Promotion Period is from 1 June 2023 until 31 August 2023, including of both dates.

3. Users who make a minimum spend of RM80.00 in a single transaction at ‘Bills” function or make a minimum spend of RM20.00 in a single transaction at selected F&B apps in Touch ‘n Go eWallet and pay with Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘Pay’ function are eligible to receive ONE (1) RM100.00 Maxis Cashback Voucher or RM30.00 Maxis Cashback Voucher respectively

4. Promotion is valid at Bills App and selected Food and Beverages App only in Touch ‘n Go eWallet only. The list of participating Food and Beverages App as follows:

5. No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.

6. The RM100.00 Maxis cashback voucher or RM30.00 Maxis cashback voucher received will automatically be saved under “My Rewards” section.

7. Each user can earn a maximum of ONE (1) RM100.00 Maxis Cashback Voucher or ONE (1) RM30.00 Maxis Cashback voucher only throughout the promotion period.

8. In the event where a user fulfils the requirement to earn both Maxis Cashback Vouchers, the user will only earn either the RM100.00 Maxis Cashback Voucher or RM30.00 Maxis Cashback voucher based on the criteria that is met first.

9. The RM100.00 Maxis Cashback Voucher and the RM30.00 Maxis Cashback Voucher will be utilised in the next transaction that meets the voucher’s criteria. Refer to the specific voucher’s details or terms and conditions in My Rewards for further information.

10. The RM100.00 Cashback and the RM30.00 Cashback will be credited to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet immediately after meeting the Cashback Voucher’s criteria. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.

11. Validity of the cashback voucher is 30 days from the point of voucher received. Any unused voucher thereafter will expire.

12. Only ONE (1) voucher can be used per transaction. This cashback voucher may not be used in conjunction with other promotions and/or promotions by TNGD.

13. In the event if the user meets the requirements of two or more vouchers in a single transaction, TNGD has the right to determine which voucher to be used.

14. The RM100.00 Maxis Cashback Voucher is limited to first 200 eligible transactions and the RM30.00 Maxis Cashback Voucher is limited to first 500 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the all the vouchers have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

15. This Promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

16. Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.

17. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. Maxis: Pulangan Baucar Tunai Sehingga RM100

Terma dan Syarat

1. Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) dan Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd (Rakan Kongsi).

2. Tempoh promosi adalah dari 1 Jun 2023 sehingga 31 Ogos 2023, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut.

3. Pengguna yang membuat pembelian dengan perbelanjaan minimum RM80.00 dalam aplikasi “Bills” atau pembelian dengan perbelanjaan minimum RM20.00 dalam aplikasi Makanan dan Minuman yang terpilih dalam satu transaksi dan membuat bayaran menggunakan fungsi ‘Pay’ pada aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet boleh mendapat SATU (1) Baucar Pulangan Tunai Maxis RM100.00 atau Baucar Pulangan Tunai Maxis RM30.00 masing masing.

4. Promosi hanya sah di aplikasi ‘Bills’ dan aplikasi Makanan dan Minuman terpilih di Touch ‘n Go eWallet sahaja. Senarai aplikasi makanan dan minuman yang terpilih termasuk:

5. Penggabungan transaksi dan/atau pengasingan transaksi adalah tidak dibenarkan

6. Baucar Pulangan Tunai Maxis RM100.00 atau RM30.00 akan disimpan secara automatik di bawah bahagian “My Rewards” dalam Aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna.

7. Setiap pengguna boleh memperoleh maksimum SATU (1) Baucar Pulangan Tunai Maxis RM100.00 atau Baucar Pulangan Tunai Maxis RM30.00 sahaja sepanjang tempoh Promosi.

8. Sekiranya pengguna memenuhi kriteria untuk kedua-dua Baucar Pulangan Tunai Maxis ini, pengguna hanya akan memperoleh salah satu daripada Baucar Pulangan Tunai RM100.00 atau baucar Pulangan Tunai Maxis RM30.00 berdasarkan kriteria yang dipenuhi dahulu.

9. Baucar Pulangan Tunai Maxis RM100.00 atau Baucar Pulangan Tunai Maxis RM30.00 ini akan digunakan dalam transaksi seterusnya yang memenuhi kriteria baucar. Rujuk butiran atau terma dan syarat baucar khusus di My Rewards untuk maklumat lanjut.

10. Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dengan serta-merta, selepas memenuhi kriteria baucar. TNGD tidak akan membuat panggilan telefon berkenaan Promosi ini.

11. Baucar pulangan tunai ini sah selama 30 hari dari tarikh baucar diterima. Mana-mana baucar yang tidak digunakan selepas itu akan tamat tempoh.

12. Hanya SATU (1) baucar boleh digunakan bagi setiap transaksi. Baucar pulangan tunai ini tidak boleh digunakan bersama-sama dengan Promosi dan/atau promosi lain oleh TNGD.

13. Sekiranya pengguna memenuhi syarat penggunaan dua atau lebih baucar dalam satu transaksi, TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd memiliki hak untuk menentukan baucar yang digunakan.

14. Baucar Pulangan Tunai Maxis RM100.00 ini adalah terhad bagi 200 transaksi terawal dan Baucar Pulangan Tunai Maxis RM30.00 ini adalah terhad bagi 500 transaksi terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila Pulangan Tunai telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

15. Promosi ini tidak sah digunakan dengan mana-mana promosi, diskaun atau baucar yang lain.

16. Promosi ini tidak sah untuk sebarang bentuk atau jenis tambah nilai, kad hadiah dan perkhimatan dalam kedai.
