CarInsure Free Personal Accident Protection (“Campaign”) Terms & Conditions

  1. The CarInsure Free Personal Accident Protection is organised by TNGD

  2. It is offered to Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who renew or purchase their car insurance /takaful via CarInsure, a product by Touch 'n Go eWallet.

  3. Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who purchase a Motor Private Car Comprehensive policy/ certificate with CarInsure through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet website or Touch ‘n Go eWallet app shall be entitled to a one year Free personal accident coverage worth RM50,000 (“Free PA Protection”).

  4. The Free PA Protection is underwritten by Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad (“Allianz”).

  5. The Free PA Protection period of coverage is as per the Motor Private Car Comprehensive policy/ certificate.

  6. This Campaign is strictly for Motor Private Car Comprehensive policy/ certificate​​​​​​​ only which are purchased via Touch ‘n Go eWallet platforms (website or app) as set out in Clause 3 above. For the avoidance of doubt, Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who purchased the Motor Private Car Comprehensive policy/ certificate via offline or any other channels other than the aforementioned Touch ‘n Go eWallet platforms will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign.

  7. Each individual Touch ‘n Go eWallet user will be entitled to only ONE (1) Free PA Protection regardless of the number of Motor Private Car Comprehensive policy/ certificate purchased.

  8. Eligible Touch ‘n Go eWallet users will be notified via email from TNG Digital on the issuance of the Free PA Protection after the successful purchase of a Motor Private Car Comprehensive policy/ certificate.

  9. Any Touch ‘n Go eWallet user who cancel their Motor Private Car Comprehensive policy/ certificate shall have the Free PA Protection forfeited and shall no longer be able to continue to enjoy the coverage under the Free PA Protection.

  

Terma dan Syarat Perlindungan Kemalangan Peribadi Percuma (“Kempen”) dengan CarInsure

  1. Perlindungan Kemalangan Peribadi Percuma dengan CarInsure adalah dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) ("TNG Digital").

  2. Perlindungan ini terbuka kepada pengguna Touch 'n Go eWallet yang membeli polisi /sijil Komprehensif Kereta Persendirian Motor melalui CarInsure, iaitu produk Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

  3. Pengguna Touch 'n Go eWallet yang membeli polisi /sijil Komprehensif Kereta Persendirian Motor melalui laman web Touch 'n Go eWallet atau aplikasi Touch 'n Go eWallet akan mendapat perlindungan kemalangan peribadi secara percuma selama setahun bernilai RM50,000 ("Perlindungan PA Percuma").

  4. Perlindungan PA Percuma diunderait oleh Allianz General insurance/ takaful Company (Malaysia) Berhad (“Allianz”).

  5. Tempoh perlindungan Perlindungan PA Percuma adalah sama seperti tempoh perlindungan Komprehensif Kereta Persendirian Motor.

  6. Kempen ini hanya untuk polisi /sijil Komprehensif Kereta Persendirian Motor yang dibeli melalui platform Touch 'n Go eWallet (laman web atau aplikasi) seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Fasal 3 di atas. Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, pengguna Touch 'n Go eWallet yang membeli polisi /sijil Komprehensif Kereta Persendirian Motor di luar talian atau mana-mana saluran lain selain daripada platform Touch 'n Go eWallet yang disebutkan di atas tidak layak untuk menyertai Kempen

  7. Setiap individu Pengguna Touch 'n Go eWallet hanya berhak mendapat SATU (1) Perlindungan PA Percuma tanpa mengira bilangan polisi /sijil Komprehensif Kereta Persendirian Motor yang telah dibeli.

  8. Pengguna yang layak akan dimaklumkan melalui e-mel daripada TNG Digital mengenai Perlindungan PA Percuma selepas berjaya membeli polisi /sijil Komprehensif Kereta Persendirian Motor mereka.

  9. Mana-mana pengguna Touch 'n Go eWallet yang membatalkan polisi /sijil Komprehensif Kereta Persendirian Motor mereka akan menyebabkan perlindungan kemalangan peribadi terbatal juga dan tidak lagi akan terus menikmati perlindungan di bawah Perlindungan PA Percuma.

Q1 How can I be entitled for Free PA Protection?
A1 Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who purchase a Motor Private Car Comprehensive policy /certificate through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet website or Touch ‘n Go eWallet app shall be entitled to a one year Free Personal Accident coverage worth RM50,000 (“Free PA Protection”).

Q2 What is the period of cover for the Free PA Protection?
A2 The period of cover will follow your Motor Private Car Comprehensive policy /certificate coverage period.

Q3 How will I know if I am eligible for the Free PA Protection? Will I be notified?
A3 If you are eligible, you will receive a confirmation of cover email from TNG Digital on the first week of the following month after you have renewed car insurance/ takaful with us.

Q4 I did not receive the Free PA Protection confirmation of cover email despite purchasing the Motor Private Car Comprehensive policy /certificate through TNG e-wallet, what can I do?
A4 You can check for your eligibility from the Terms and Conditions. If you believe you are eligible, please email us at http://tngd.my/careline-webform . Kindly provide your details and proof of purchase. We will then investigate.
