Terms & Conditions

  1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (‘TNGD’) and AIA General Berhad (‘Partner’).

  2. Campaign Period is from 26 December 2023 until 31 December 2024 (‘Campaign Period’), inclusive of both dates. 

  3. The Campaign is valid for all Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who have completed the onboarding process to participate in the GOrewards Loyalty Program and are new users of BubbleBuddy (‘Eligible User(s)’).

  4. Eligible User(s) who complete and submit the questionnaire via BubbleBuddy are entitled to receive 100 GOrewards Points (‘Points’).

  5. Each user is entitled to receive 100 GOrewards Points only once throughout the Campaign Period. 

  6. The 100 GOrewards Points will be credited to Eligible Users’ respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet accounts within 15 working days after the completion of the questionnaire. 

  7. The 100 Bonus Points are capped at 6,273,500 points throughout the Campaign Period, based on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis.

  8. The Campaign will cease once the Points have been fully redeemed or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever comes first. 

  9. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with or without notice to the users if the users are found to have breached TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions. 

  10. These Terms and Conditions shall be further subject to and be read together with GOrewards Loyalty Program – Points.

Terma dan Syarat

  1. Kempen ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (‘TNGD’) dan AIA General Berhad (‘Rakan Kongsi’).

  2. Tempoh Kempen adalah dari 26 Disember 2023 sehingga 31 Disember 2024 (‘Tempoh Kempen’), termasuk kedua-dua tarikh tersebut. 

  3. Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang melengkapkan proses pendaftaran untuk menyertai Program Kesetiaan GOrewards dan juga merupakan pengguna baru untuk BubbleBuddy (‘Pengguna Yang Layak’). 

  4. Pengguna Yang Layak yang melengkapkan dan menyerahkan soal selidik melalui BubbleBuddy, layak mendapat 100 Mata Ganjaran GOrewards (‘Mata Ganjaran’). 

  5. Setiap pengguna hanya berhak untuk mendapatkan 100 Mata Ganjaran GOrewards satu kali Sahaja sepanjang Tempoh Kempen. 

  6. 100 Mata Ganjaran GOrewards akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet masing-masing Pengguna Yang Layak dalam tempoh 15 hari bekerja selepas berjaya melengkapkan soal selidik. 

  7. 100 Mata Ganjaran tertakluk pada had 6,273,500 mata sepanjang Tempoh Kempen, berdasarkan prinsip ‘siapa cepat, dia dapat’. 

  8. Kempen ini akan berakhir apabila semua Mata Ganjaran telah diterbus sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Kempen, mana-mana yang terjadi lebih awal. 

  9. TNGD berhak untuk menahan sebarang manfaat kepada perkhidmatan yang diberikan, dengan atau tanpa notis kepada pengguna jika pengguna didapati telah melanggar Terma dan Syarat Pengguna TNGD. 

  10. Terma dan Syarat ini harus diperhatikan bersama Terma dan Syarat Program Kesetiaan GOrewards – Mata Ganjaran.
