Terms and Conditions
1. This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).
2. The overall contest period is from 1st September 2025 to 31st October 2025 (“Contest Period”).
3. The Contest is valid for all registered TNG eWallet users (“Users”).
4. To participate in the Contest, participant (the “Participants”) must purchase any Travel eSIM on TNG eWallet.
5. At the end of the Contest Period, two (2) winners who has fulfilled the criteria in item (4) above will be selected as winners (“Winners”). The selection will be random and based on adherence to the contest’s Terms and Conditions. The Giveaway Prize a Malaysian Airlines RM1,500 gift card (the “Prize”).
6. The Winners will be selected and officially announced on TNGD’s Facebook and Instagram page once at the end of September, and once at the end of October.
7. To respond to the participants’ entries or fulfil the contest mechanics, it may be necessary to ask for personal information such as Winner’s name, contact number, email address, and mailing address.
8. TNGD will notify the Winner via email. For the avoidance of doubt, the Winner shall respond to the email within three (3) working days from the day the message was sent. In the event the Winner fails to respond or acknowledge to such message, TNGD shall have the right to forfeit the Prize shall be deemed void.
9. In the event that the TNGD is unable to contact the Winner within three (3) working days from the date the email was sent, TNGD reserves the right to select another winner based on the judging criteria.
10. The Prize is non-transferable to another individual and non-negotiable. No replacement and/or exchange of Prize will be entertained.
11. The selection of the Winner shall be final and binding and no queries, challenges or appeals shall be made to TNGD.
12. TNGD will not be responsible for any disputes or claims that arise from the winner’s failure to receive the necessary email or prize from TNGD which may have been due to the fault or negligence of the winner, wrong e-mail provided, or shared email account is used.
13. This Contest shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts or vouchers.
14. By participating in this contest, all Participants: -
a. Consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose your personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Contest;
b. Consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as your names, and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
c. Grant TNGD the right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purposes, without any payment or compensation.
15. TNGD employees are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
16. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the Users if the Users are found to have been in breach of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions. Terma dan Syarat
1. Peraduan ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).
2. Tempoh Peraduan berlangsung dari 1 September 2025 hingga 31 Oktober 2025 (“Tempoh Peraduan”).
3. Peraduan ini sah untuk semua pengguna berdaftar TNG eWallet (“Pengguna”).
4. Untuk menyertai Peraduan ini, peserta (“Peserta”) perlu membeli mana-mana Travel eSIM melalui aplikasi TNG eWallet.
5. Pada akhir Tempoh Peraduan, dua (2) Peserta yang memenuhi syarat di perkara (4) akan dipilih sebagai pemenang (“Pemenang”). Pemilihan dibuat secara rawak berdasarkan pematuhan kepada Terma dan Syarat ini. Hadiah berupa Kad Hadiah Malaysia Airlines bernilai RM1,500 (“Hadiah”).
6. Pemenang akan dipilih dan diumumkan secara rasmi di halaman Facebook dan Instagram TNGD sekali pada akhir September, dan sekali lagi pada akhir Oktober.
7. Untuk membolehkan pelaksanaan Peraduan, maklumat peribadi seperti nama, nombor telefon, alamat emel, dan alamat surat-menyurat Pemenang mungkin diperlukan.
8. Pemenang akan dimaklumkan melalui emel. Pemenang perlu memberi maklum balas dalam tempoh tiga (3) hari bekerja dari tarikh emel dihantar. Jika tiada maklum balas diterima, TNGD berhak membatalkan Hadiah tersebut.
9. Jika TNGD tidak dapat menghubungi Pemenang dalam tempoh tiga (3) hari bekerja dari tarikh emel dihantar, TNGD berhak memilih Pemenang lain berdasarkan kriteria pemilihan.
10. Hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik, tidak boleh dirunding, dan tidak boleh ditukar ganti.
11. Keputusan pemilihan Pemenang adalah muktamad dan sebarang rayuan tidak akan dilayan.
12. TNGD tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang pertikaian atau tuntutan akibat kegagalan Pemenang menerima emel atau Hadiah, termasuk kesilapan Pemenang, alamat emel yang salah diberikan, atau penggunaan akaun emel bersama.
13. Peraduan ini tidak sah bersama sebarang promosi, diskaun atau baucar lain yang sedang berlangsung.
14. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, semua Peserta:
a. Memberi kebenaran kepada TNGD untuk mengumpul, merekod, menyimpan, menggunakan dan mendedahkan maklumat peribadi bagi tujuan yang berkaitan dengan Peraduan ini;
b. Memberi kebenaran kepada TNGD untuk menyiarkan maklumat peribadi seperti nama dan maklumat umum dalam mana-mana media, bahan pemasaran atau pengiklanan; dan
c. Memberi hak kepada TNGD untuk mengubah, menggunakan dan menyiarkan sebarang imej (gambar atau video) Peserta untuk tujuan promosi, pemasaran, komersial atau lain yang berkaitan, tanpa sebarang bayaran atau pampasan.
15. Kakitangan TNGD tidak layak menyertai Peraduan ini.
