TNG eWallet Visa Card Travel Cashback Campaign

Terms and Conditions                                                                                          

1.       The TNG eWallet Visa Card Travel Cashback Campaign ("Campaign") is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) ("TNGD") and is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.

2.       This Campaign is scheduled to run from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024 ("Campaign Period”).

3.       Participation in this Campaign is open to all TNG eWallet Visa cardholders that meet the following conditions (“Eligible Spend”):

a.       Perform an in-store or online transaction using your TNG eWallet Visa Card (physical or virtual) at an overseas merchant.

b.       Transactions made at the following merchant category codes are excluded as an Eligible Spend:

Campaign Cashback

All TNG eWallet Visa cardholders will be eligible to receive the following Campaign Cashback based on their Eligible Spend:

1.       TNGD reserves the right to deduct the Campaign Cashback that has been credited to TNG eWallet Visa cardholders for Eligible Spends that are refunded, cancelled, voided, or reversed without prior notice to the cardholder.

2.       TNGD reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or extend the Campaign prior to the expiration of the Campaign Period at any time by providing prior notice to cardholders on the TNG eWallet website at www.touchngo.com.my/ and/or TNG eWallet app.

Permissions

1.       By participating in this Campaign, all participants:

a.       consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation; and

b.       consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and

c.       grant TNGD the right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

Others

1.       TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. Kempen Cashback Percutian Kad Visa TNG eWallet

Terma dan Syarat

1.       Kempen Cashback Percutian Kad Visa TNG eWallet ("Kempen") dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) ("TNGD") dan tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat berikut.

2.       Kempen ini dijadualkan berlangsung dari 1 Julai 2024 hingga 31 Disember 2024 (“Tempoh Kempen")

3.       Penyertaan Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua pemegang kad TNG eWallet Visa yang memenuhi syarat berikut (“Perbelanjaan Layak”):

a.       Lakukan transaksi dalam kedai atau dalam talian menggunakan Kad Visa eWallet TNG anda (fizikal atau maya) di peniaga luar negara.

b.       Transaksi yang dibuat pada kod kategori pedagang berikut dikecualikan sebagai Perbelanjaan Layak:

Cashback Kempen

Semua pemegang kad TNG eWallet Visa akan layak menerima Cashback Kempen berikut berdasarkan Perbelanjaan Layak mereka:

1.       TNGD berhak untuk menolak Cashback Kempen yang telah dikreditkan kepada pemegang kad TNG eWallet Visa untuk Perbelanjaan Layak yang dikembalikan, dibatalkan atau diterbalikkan tanpa notis terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang kad.

2.       TNGD berhak untuk menamatkan, menarik balik atau melanjutkan Kempen sebelum Tempoh Kempen tamat pada bila-bila masa dengan memberikan notis awal kepada pemegang kad di laman web TNG eWallet di www.touchngo.com.my dan/atau aplikasi TNG eWallet.

Keizinan

1.       Dengan menyertai Cabutan Bertuah, semua peserta:

a.       membenarkan TNG Digital mengumpul, merekod, memegang, menyimpan, mengguna dan mendedahkan maklumat peribadi mereka hanya untuk tujuan yang diperlukan ataupun berkaitan dengan Kempen ini; dan

b.       bersetuju untuk TNG Digital mendedahkan atau menerbitkan maklumat peribadi mereka seperti nama dan identity mereka dan sebarang maklumat umum di mana-mana media, pemasaran atau bahan pengiklanan; dan

c.       membenarkan TNG Digital hak untuk mengubahsuai, mengguna dan menerbit sebarang gambar peserta untuk tujuan promosi, pemasaran, komersial atau tujuan lain yang berkaitan, tanpa sebarang pembayaran ataupun pampasan.

Lain-lain
