TNG eWallet – Scan & Pay Overseas Supplier Smarter! Cashback Campaign
Terms and Conditions
1. The TNG eWallet – Scan & Pay Overseas Supplier Smarter! Cashback Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD”) and is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.
2. This Campaign is scheduled to run from 15 July 2025 to 16 September 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
a. Period 1: 15th July – 15 August 2025
b. Period 2: 16th August – 16th September 2025
3. Participation in this Campaign is open to all TNG eWallet users that meet the following conditions (“Eligible Spend”):
a. You must be a registered TNG eWallet Merchants (P2P Seller, Individual Trader, Sole Proprietor) who has transacted RM1,500 or more via Alipay+ QR.
Campaign Cashback
TNG eWallet Overseas QR merchant users will be eligible to receive the following Campaign Cashback based on the spending amount within each qualifying tier. First RM1,500 of the total spend will not be eligible for any Cashback.
Calculation Example of Campaign Rewards:
1. (“Eligible Spend”) made between 15th July to 15th August 2025, the cashback will be credited into your eWallet account by 31 August 2025. For (“Eligible Spend”) made between 16 August to 16 September 2025, the cashback will be credited into your eWallet account by 30 September 2025.
2. TNGD reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or extend the Campaign prior to the expiration of the Campaign Period at any time by providing prior notice to users on the TNG eWallet website at www.touchngo.com.my/ and/or TNG eWallet app.
Permissions
1. By participating in this Campaign, all participants:
a. consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation; and
b. consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
c. grant TNGD the right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
Others
1. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. Terma dan Syarat
1. TNG eWallet - Kempen Cashback Scan & Pay Overseas Supplier Smarter! (“Kempen”) dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) ("TNGD") dan tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat berikut.
2. Kempen ini dijadualkan berlangsung dari 15 Julai 2025 hingga 16 September 2025 (“Tempoh Kempen”).
a. Tempoh 1: 15th July – 15 August 2025
b. Tempoh 2: 16th August – 16th September 2025
3. Penyertaan Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua pengguna TNG eWallet yang memenuhi syarat-syarat berikut (“Perbelanjaan Layak”):
a. Anda mestilah peniaga berdaftar dalam TNG eWallet (Peniaga P2P, Peniaga Individu, atau Pemilik Tunggal) yang melakukan transaksi sebanyak RM1,500 atau lebih melalui Alipay+ QR.
Kempen Cashback
Peniaga TNG eWallet yang berlayak menerima Cashback Kempen berikut akan diberikan cashback ke atas jumlah perbelanjaan dalam setiap peringkat yang layak. Perbelanjaan RM1,500 pertama daripada jumlah perbelanjaan tidak layak untuk sebarang cashback.
Contoh Pengiraan Ganjaran Kempen:
1. (“Perbelanjaan Layak”) yang dibuat antara 15 Julai hingga 15 Ogos 2025, cashback akan dikreditkan ke akaun eWallet anda selewat-lewatnya pada 31 Ogos 2025. Bagi (“Perbelanjaan Layak”) yang dibuat antara 16 Ogos hingga 16 September 2025, cashback akan dikreditkan ke akaun eWallet anda selewat-lewatnya pada 30 September 2025.
2. TNGD berhak untuk menamatkan, menarik balik atau melanjutkan Kempen sebelum Tempoh Kempen tamat pada bila-bila masa dengan memberikan notis awal kepada pengguna di laman web TNG eWallet di www.touchngo.com.my dan/atau aplikasi TNG eWallet.
Keizinan
1. Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, semua peserta:
a. membenarkan TNG Digital mengumpul, merekod, memegang, menyimpan, mengguna dan mendedahkan maklumat peribadi mereka hanya untuk tujuan yang diperlukan ataupun berkaitan dengan Kempen ini; dan
b. bersetuju untuk TNG Digital mendedahkan atau menerbitkan maklumat peribadi mereka seperti nama dan identiti mereka dan sebarang maklumat umum di mana-mana media, pemasaran atau bahan pengiklanan; dan
c. membenarkan TNG Digital hak untuk mengubahsuai, mengguna dan menerbit sebarang gambar peserta untuk tujuan promosi, pemasaran, komersial atau tujuan lain yang berkaitan, tanpa sebarang pembayaran ataupun pampasan.
Lain-lain
