Terms & Conditions
This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).
Campaign Period is from 1 August 2024 until 15 December 2024, inclusive of both dates.
The Campaign is open to Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who are the winners from Poket Mesra : Get Insured & stand to win up to RM600 e-Mas Gold Campaign (“Campaign Winner”) and receive the e-Mas cashback voucher in Touch ‘n Go “My Rewards” tab under GOrewards page during the Campaign Period.
Campaign Winners who receive the e-Mas cashback voucher is entitled to get RM50 or RM600 cashback, depending on the winning prize.
Campaign Winners are required to buy a minimum amount of voucher value in Touch ‘n Go e-Mas page to enjoy the cashback. For example, if the e-Mas cashback voucher worth RM50, winners are required to buy a minimum of RM50 in one (1) transaction to get the RM50 cashback from the voucher.
The Cashback shall be credited to the User’s respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet account instantly after successful purchase of gold via e-Mas in Touch ‘n Go eWallet page. User will be notified via push notification.
The validity of the Cashback Voucher is from 1 August 2024 to 15 December 2024 (“Validity Period”). Any unused Cashback Voucher thereafter will expire.
Each winner is only entitled to receive up to ONE (1) cashback from this Campaign throughout the Campaign Period.
TNG Digital will not entertain any request from any User to credit Cashback to any third party other than the Touch ‘n Go eWallet account of the eligible winner.
Any user who terminates their Touch ‘n Go eWallet account during the Campaign Period shall be automatically disqualified from this Campaign and shall not be entitled to participate in this Campaign.
TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. Pemenuhan Baucar Hadiah Kempen Poket Mesra : Dapatkan Insurans & anda berpeluang memenangi e-Mas
Kempen ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).
Tempoh Kempen adalah dari 1 Ogos 2024 sehingga 30 September 2024, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut.
Kempen ini terbuka kepada pemenang dari kempen Kempen Poket Mesra : Dapatkan Insurans & anda berpeluang memenangi e-Mas (“Pemenang”) dan menerima baucar pulangan tunai e-Mas di tab Touch ‘n Go “My Rewards”, dalam halaman “GOrewards” dalam Tempoh Kempen.
Pemenang Kempen yang menerima baucar pulangan tunai e-Mas berhak mendapatkan pulangan tunai RM50 atau RM600, bergantung kepada hadiah yang dimenangi.
Pemenang Kempen perlu membeli nilai baucar minimum di halaman e-Mas dalam aplikasi Touch ‘n Go untuk menikmati pulangan tunai. Sebagai contoh, jika baucar pulangan tunai e-Mas bernilai RM50, pemenang perlu membeli minimum RM50 dalam satu (1) transaksi untuk mendapatkan pulangan tunai RM50 daripada baucar tersebut.
Pulangan tunai akan dikreditkan ke akaun eWallet Touch 'n Go pengguna secara serta-merta selepas pembelian emas yang berjaya melalui e-Mas di halaman eWallet Touch 'n Go. Pengguna akan diberitahu melalui notifikasi.
Tempoh sah baucar pulangan tunai adalah dari 1 Ogos 2024 hingga 15 Disember 2024 (“Tempoh Sah”). Sebarang baucar pulangan tunai yang tidak digunakan selepas itu akan tamat tempoh.
Setiap pengguna hanya layak menerima satu (1) pulangan tunai daripada Kempen ini sepanjang Tempoh Kempen.
TNG Digital tidak akan memenuhi permintaan dari sesiapa untuk memberi kredit Pulangan Tunai kepada pihak ketiga selain daripada akaun pemenang yang layak.
Mana-mana pengguna yang menamatkan akaun eWallet mereka semasa Tempoh Kempen akan disingkirkan secara automatik daripada Kempen ini dan tidak berhak menyertai Cabutan Bertuah.
