Terms & Conditions

  1. The Near Me User Cashback Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“TNGD”).

  2. The “Near Me” feature in the TNG eWallet enables users to locate nearby Touch 'n Go eWallet merchants and users can access information such as operating hours, outlet locations, contact details, business categories, distance and user reviews.

Campaign Period

  1. This Campaign runs from 9 December 2024 until 31 December 2024, inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”).

Eligibility and How to Participate

  1. All Touch ‘n Go eWallet users are eligible for this Campaign.

  2. Users may log in to the Near Me feature to identify participating merchants, with merchant profiles displaying a “Deals” label.

  3. To participate, users must:

    (a) Find a participating merchant to redeem a voucher online via Near Me or visit the merchant’s outlet to redeem the Cashback Packet.

    (b) Follow the specific requirements outlined in the “Cashback / Voucher Redemption” section below.

Cashback / Voucher Redemption

  1. Users may explore our Near Me feature and tap on “Shop” and find the “Deal” beside the merchant’s profile to get the following deals:

    (a) Visit the participating merchant’s outlet and make a minimum spend of RM10 in a single transaction to redeem a random cashback of up to RM2. Redemption is limited to one cashback voucher per outlet during the Campaign Period; or

    (b) Click on the participating merchant’s profile via Near Me to redeem a voucher. Redemption is limited to one voucher per merchant during the Campaign Period.

  2. Users may visit the participating merchant’s outlet and pay via Touch ‘n Go eWallet and review the merchant’s outlet to receive a cashback voucher while stocks last. Redemption is limited to one cashback voucher per merchant during the Campaign Period.

Voucher Utilization Terms & Conditions

  1. The Terms and Conditions for vouchers redeemed by users via Near Me are available on the ‘My Rewards’ page, with each voucher having its own specific terms and conditions. Please refer to the terms and conditions for each individual voucher.

  2. All vouchers will expire on 31 December 2024.

  3. Each deal has a limited quantity and allows one redemption per user, per outlet or per merchant subject to their individual voucher terms and conditions. Redemptions are only available at participating merchant’s outlets.

  4. Each deal is non-transferable and no cash alternatives or refund will be offered in lieu of promotion entitlement.

General Terms

  1. TNGD reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or cancel any promotions at any time with prior notice.

  2. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have breached any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions.
