GOrewards Cashback Vouchers - Terms & Conditions

  1. This Cashback Voucher is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) and Partner of the Cashback Voucher.

  2. The voucher validity is as stated on the Cashback Voucher that has been redeemed.

  3. Users are required to make a full payment with Touch ‘n Go eWallet as the payment method to be eligible for the cashback.

  4. For over-the-counter payments, users are required to make full payment using the “Pay” function in Touch ‘n Go eWallet to be eligible for the cashback, unless stated otherwise.

  5. The participating outlets/platforms are as stated on the Cashback Voucher that has been redeemed.

  6. Cashback will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet immediately after the eligible transaction date. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls in relation the Promotion.

  7. Each Cashback Voucher only apply to a single transaction/receipt. 

  8. This Cashback Voucher will cease at the expiration of the voucher validity.

  9. This Cashback Voucher shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

  10. This Cashback Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.

  11. This Cashback Voucher, once redeemed, is non-reversible. Users are not allowed to choose a different one as a replacement.

  12. If multiple Cashback vouchers from the same brand are obtained from Games Hub and from GOrewards, the voucher with the earlier expiry date and time will be redeemed.

  13. TNGD and Partner of the Cashback Voucher reserve the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel the Promo Code Voucher at any time with prior notice.

  14. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. Baucar Pulangan Tunai GOrewards - Terma dan Syarat

  1. Baucar Pulangan Tunai ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) dan Rakan Kongsi Baucar Pulangan Tunai.

  2. Tempoh penggunaan adalah seperti ternyata di Baucar Pulangan Tunai yang ditebus.

  3. Pengguna dikehendaki membuat pembayaran penuh dengan aplikasi Touch 'n Go eWallet sebagai kaedah pembayaran untuk layak mendapat pulangan tunai.

  4. Untuk pembayaran di kaunter, pengguna dikehendaki membuat pembayaran penuh menggunakan fungsi “Bayar” untuk layak mendapat pulangan tunai, melainkan dinyatakan sebaliknya.

  5. Senarai cawangan/platform yang mengambil bahagian adalah seperti ternyata di Baucar Pulangan Tunai yang ditebus.

  6. Pulangan tunai akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dengan segera selepas tarikh transaksi yang layak. TNGD tidak akan membuat panggilan telefon berkenaan Baucar Pulangan Tunai ini.

  7. Setiap Baucar Pulangan Tunai hanya terpakai untuk satu transaksi/resit sahaja.

  8. Senarai cawangan/platform yang mengambil bahagian adalah seperti ternyata di Baucar Pulangan Tunai yang ditebus.

  9. Sebarang Baucar Pulangan Tunai yang tidak digunakan akan luput pada akhir tempoh penggunaan.

  10. Baucar Pulangan Tunai tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai, tidak boleh dipindah milik, dan tidak boleh dikembalikan dalam apa jua keadaan.

  11. Baucar Pulangan Tunai, setelah ditebus, tidak boleh diterbalikkan. Pengguna tidak dibenarkan memilih yang lain sebagai pengganti.

  12. Jika beberapa baucar Pulangan Tunai daripada jenama yang sama diperoleh daripada Games Hub dan GOrewards, baucar yang mempunyai tarikh dan masa luput terawal akan ditebus terlebih dahulu.

  13. TNGD dan Rakan Kongsi Baucar Pulangan Tunai berhak untuk menahan sebarang faedah di bawah perkhidmatan yang diberikan, dengan atau tanpa notis kepada pengguna jika pengguna didapati telah melanggar terma dan syarat Pengguna TNGD.
