Terms and Conditions

1.           The Corporate Referral Campaign ("Campaign") is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd ("TNGD").

2.           The Campaign Period is from 1 November 2024 to 28 February 2025 (both dates inclusive).

3.           The submission of referrals will only be accepted from 1 November 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive).

Participation & Eligibility

4.           This Campaign is open to all individuals, except for employees of TNGD and its related companies.

5.   To participate, referrers must submit referrals through official channels, either via email to fmsales@tngdigital.com.my or through TNGD's official Microsoft form. All referrals must be submitted by 31 December 2024.

Purchase Requirements & Rewards

6.    The referred companies must complete their first Reload PIN purchase ("Qualifying Purchase") within the Campaign Period, and TNGD must receive full payment for the Qualifying Purchase within the Campaign Period. Any payment received after 28 February 2025 will not be eligible for referral rewards, regardless of when the purchase was made.

7.        Referrers can earn one-time rewards for each successful referral based on the referred company's Qualifying Purchase as follows:

8.           The Campaign reward pool is capped at RM14,000 and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Referral Criteria

9.           The following referrals are NOT eligible for rewards:

(a)         companies currently purchasing Reload PINs from TNGD;

(b)         companies in existing discussions with TNGD regarding Reload PIN purchase;

(c)         companies previously referred by other participants; and

(d)         companies that do not meet TNGD's compliance and risk requirements.

(e)         companies whose purchase payment is received by TNGD after 28 February 2025.

10.        TNGD reserves the right to disqualify referrals involving:

(a)         misrepresentation or provision of false information;

(b)         unauthorized claims or commitments made on TNGD's behalf;

(c)         multiple submissions of the same company; or

(d)         any fraudulent or suspicious activities.

Reward Fulfilment

11.        Rewards will be disbursed within thirty (30) days from payment confirmation of the Qualifying Purchase via bank transfer or the referrer's Touch 'n Go eWallet.

12.        TNGD shall not be liable for unsuccessful reward disbursement due to incorrect or incomplete banking details, invalid or inactive Touch 'n Go eWallet accounts, or any other circumstances beyond TNGD's reasonable control.

13.        All rewards shall be non-transferable, non-exchangeable (whether in part or in full), and non-refundable.

Personal Data Protection

14.        By participating in this Campaign:

(a)       Referrers consent to TNGD's collection, recording, holding, storing, use and disclosure of their personal information for Campaign-related purposes; and

(b)         Warrant that they have obtained necessary consent from referred companies to share their information with TNGD.

General Terms

15.        TNGD reserves the right to:

(a)         modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign with seven (7) days prior notice through official communication channels;

(b)         substitute rewards with items of equivalent value, make final and binding decisions on all Campaign matters; and

(c)         withhold, cancel or recover benefits for Terms and Conditions violations.
