Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (TNGD).

  2. Promotion Period is from 15 Jan 2025 until 28 Feb 2025, inclusive of both dates.

RM18.88 CASHBACK

  1. Users who key in promo code “NEWYEAR” during their purchase of a comprehensive car insurance policy/ takaful certificate via CarInsure shall be entitled to a Cashback of RM18.88 per transaction during the Promotion Period.

  2. The Cashback shall be credited to the Users’ respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet account within 10 working days after the issuance of said policy/ certificate.

  3. No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.

  4. Only ONE (1) promo code may be used at a time, and “NEWYEAR” promo code must be entered upon checkout to be effective.

  5. The Cashback is only limited to the first 2,500 comprehensive policies/certificates throughout the Promotion Period based on a “first come, first served” basis. The Promotion will cease once the ‘NEWYEAR’ promo code has been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

RM188 CASHBACK ANGPAO

  1. Users who purchase any comprehensive or third party, fire and theft (TPFT) car insurance / takaful via CarInsure shall stand a chance to win a Cashback Angpao of RM188. Total 10 units of Cashback Angpao will be given out for users who participate in this promotion.

  2. Each successful renewal of policy/certificate shall be entitled to ONE (1) entry of participation in the Cashback Angpao. More policies/certificates renewal shall earn participants more entries for the Cashback Angpao.

  3. Winners of the Cashback Angpao will be selected within 30 calendar days after the promotion ends, and the Cashback Angpao will be credited to the winners' eWallet accounts within 30 calendar days from the end date of the promotion.

  4. This promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

  5. For the avoidance of doubt, User who purchase the car insurance policy/ takaful certificate via offline or any other channels other than the foregoing will not be eligible to participate in the Promotion.

  6. This discount cannot be combined or accumulated and promotion is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.

  7. This Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.

  8. The Terms of Service shall apply to all uses of the promo code including “NEWYEAR” promo code. TNGD reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel any promotions at any time with prior notice.

  9. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions.   2. Tempoh promosi adalah dari 15 Jan 2025 sehingga 28 Feb 2025, termasuk tarikh yang dinyatakan.

RM18.88 CASHBACK

  1. Pengguna yang memasukkan kod promo “NEWYEAR” semasa membeli polisi insurans kereta/ sijil takaful komprehensif melalui CarInsure berhak mendapat Pulangan Tunai sebanyak RM18.88 untuk setiap transaksi semasa Tempoh Promosi.

  2. Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet dalam masa 10 hari bekerja setelah penerbitan polisi/sijil tersebut.

  3. Penggabungan transaksi dan/atau pengasingan transaksi adalah tidak dibenarkan

  4. Hanya SATU (1) kod promosi boleh digunakan pada satu-satu masa dan kod promosi “NEWYEAR” mesti dimasukkan semasa di laman pembayaran untuk dapatkan diskaun.

  5. Pulangan Tunai hanya terhad kepada 2,500 polisi/sijil komprehensif yang terawal sahaja sepanjang Tempoh Promosi berdasarkan giliran. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila kod promosi “NEWYEAR” telah ditebus sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

RM188 CASHBACK ANGPAO

  1. Pengguna yang membeli mana-mana insurans / takaful kereta komprehensif atau pihak ketiga, kebakaran dan kecurian (TPFT) melalui CarInsure akan berpeluang memenangi Cashback Angpao sebanyak RM188. Sebanyak 10 unit Cashback Angpao akan diberikan kepada pengguna yang menyertai promosi ini.

  2. Setiap pembaharuan polisi/sijil berhak mendapat SATU (1) penyertaan untuk Cabutan Cashback Angpao. Semakin banyak polisi/sijil yang diperbaharui, semakin banyak penyertaan untuk memenangi Cashback Angpao.

  3. Pemenang Cashback Angpao akan dipilih dalam masa 30 hari kalendar selepas promosi tamat, dan Cashback Angpao akan dikreditkan ke akaun eWallet pemenang dalam masa 30 hari kalendar dari tarikh tamat promosi.

  4. Promosi ini tidak sah digunakan dengan mana-mana promosi, diskaun atau baucar yang lain.

  5. Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, Pengguna yang membeli polisi insurans/ sijil takaful kereta melalui offline atau saluran lain selain daripada yang disebutkan sebelumnya tidak layak menyertai Kempen ini.

  6. Diskaun ini tidak boleh digabungkan atau dikumpul dan promosi tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai atau penggantian yang lain.

  7. Promosi ini tidak sah untuk sebarang bentuk atau jenis tambah nilai, kad hadiah dan perkhidmatan dalam kedai.

  8. Semua penggunaan kod promosi termasuk kod promosi “NEWYEAR” adalah tertakluk kepada Syarat Perkhidmatan TNGD. TNGD berhak untuk menukar terma dan syarat atau membatalkan sebarang promosi pada bila-bila masa dengan notis awal.
