1. This Shield & Get Rewarded ("Campaign") is organised by AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd. and AIA General Berhad (“AIA”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By joining this Campaign, you (“you”, “your” or “customer”) agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign and by any change or modification that we may make to this Campaign and/or the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign with prior notice to you. By joining this Campaign, you further agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy or any change or modification made from time to time. The Privacy Policy can be accessible at https://www.aia.com.my/en/index/privacystatement.html.
2. Campaign Period
21 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, both dates inclusive. Policies/Certificates must be activated by 31 October 2025.
3. Eligible Products
a. This Campaign includes products distributed by AIA Life Planner and from any of the following category: Life Protection, Medical Protection, Critical Illness Protection, Savings & Investment or Accident Protection, (“Eligible Products”) underwritten by AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd. or AIA General Berhad respectively. This Campaign is open for all premium/contribution payment modes (annual, semi-annual, quarterly and monthly).
Policies/Certificates purchased under the Campaign are referred to as “Eligible Policies/Certificates”.
“Annualised Premium/Contribution” is total premium / contribution amount inclusive of premium / contribution payable for rider(s) and additional premium / contribution payable due to underwriting conditions (if any).
“Eligible Customers” refers to Policy/Certificate owners who have at least one Eligible Policies/Certificates
4. Campaign Reward
Eligible Customers who successfully sign up for any of the Eligible Products and fulfil all the requirements in the Campaign Eligibility and Campaign Mechanism sections will be entitled to one (1) entry to participate in the “Lucky Roulette” gamification activity and will receive a notification from AIA within ten (10) days of the subsequent month upon policy/certificate activation date (“Eligible Entry”).
Each Eligible Entry shall be rewarded with a guaranteed randomised reward (“Gift”) as per the table below if all the Campaign requirements are met:

Note:
• Customers who qualified for the Eligible Entry will receive the Touch ‘n Go Reload Voucher PIN code during participation in the “Lucky Roulette” gamification activity.
• The Gift will be given out to all customers who qualified for the Eligible Entry through the “Lucky Roulette” gamification activity, based on first come, first served basis.
This Campaign will cease once all the Gifts are fully redeemed or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier.
5. Campaign Eligibility
a) This Campaign is open to all customers who purchase any of the Eligible Products during the Campaign Period and fulfils the Campaign requirements stated in these Terms & Conditions.
b) This Campaign is open to Malaysian citizen, foreigner who is a permanent resident of Malaysia, work permit holder, pass holder or otherwise legally employed and legally residing in Malaysia.
c) This Campaign is also open to AIA staff purchase.
d) The Eligible Customer is entitled to participate in the “Lucky Roulette” gamification activity only once, regardless of the number of policies/certificates purchased during the Campaign Period.
e) AIA Life Planner self-purchase is ALLOWED under the Campaign. AIA Life Planner self-purchase means that the policy owner/certificate owner and/or the insured is an AIA Life Planner. AIA Life Planner self-purchase is only valid for submissions between 21 July 2025 and 30 September 2025, both dates inclusive. Policies/Certificates must be activated by 31 October 2025.
6. Campaign Mechanics
a. Customers must either:
i. Receive a notification of the Campaign from selected AIA or TNGD channels and register their interest via the link provided in the selected channels as a form of agreement to participate in the campaign
ii. Submitted their name and contact details through AIA campaigns from selected AIA or TNGD Channels to be contacted by AIA Life Planner:
Ø AIA Channels refers to AIA communication channel in the form of email (sender email address: aiaonline-connect@aia.com or WhatsApp from AIA Malaysia (016-4267291) or Social Media platforms (AIA Malaysia in Facebook, Instagram)
Ø TNGD channel refers to any Touch ‘n Go Digital communication channel
b. Customers must sign up with any of the Eligible Products, adhere to the Campaign Eligibility and Campaign Mechanics and all policy/certificate applications must be submitted between 21 July 2025 and 30 September 2025. The Eligible Policies/Certificates must be activated by 31 October 2025.
c. Eligible Customers will receive confirmation of their eligibility within ten (10) days of the subsequent month from their policy/certificate activation date with a participation link to enter the “Lucky Roulette” gamification activity.
d. The participation link for the “Lucky Roulette” gamification activity will remain valid until 31 October 2025. If the Eligible Customer does not participate in or complete the activity by 31 October 2025, no claims will be entertained.
e. The Eligible Policy/Certificate will be disqualified from the Gift Reward entitlement if during this Campaign Period and/or before the fulfilment of the Gift Reward, any of the Terms and Conditions set out in this document is not met, or if any of the event listed below occurs:
f. Lapse, surrender, termination, cancellation of the Eligible Policy/Certificate;
i. Partial withdrawal;
ii. Premium/Contribution holiday;
iii. Premium/Contribution not paid up to date;
iv. Lapsed but reinstated; or
v. Deferment of premium/contribution payment
g. The Gift will be delivered within 1 month after the policy/certificate activation date of the Eligible Policy/Certificate as per AIA’s record.
h. AIA reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an item of a similar value, depending on availability at any time without prior notice.
i. AIA shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, tampering, theft, or modification of the Gift once it has been provided to Eligible Customers. AIA shall be released and fully discharged from further liability and demand in relation to the Gift.
j. AIA is not the distributor of the Gifts and makes no warranty or representation as to the quality or merchantability of the Gifts provided and shall not be responsible for any defect or any other loss or damage that may be suffered in connection with the Gift. Any dispute over the Gift provided by the distributor of the Gift should be resolved directly between Eligible Customers and the distributor of the Gift.
k. AIA may extend the timeline and methods of delivery of Cash Reward at their discretion.
7. Important Notes and Disclaimers
a) This material is not intended as an offer or solicitation for the purpose or sale of any financial instrument/product. You should satisfy yourself that the policy/certificate purchased will best serve your needs and that the premium payable under the policy/certificate is an amount that you can afford. To achieve this, we recommend that you speak to your AIA Life Planner who will perform a needs analysis and assist you in making an informed decision. You may also contact AIA directly for more information.
b) You are advised to refer to the Product Disclosure Sheet, Sales/Product Illustration, Fund Fact Sheet(s); if applicable, for further information before purchasing a policy/certificate, and to refer to the terms and conditions in the policy/certificate document for details of the features and benefits, waiting periods and exclusions under the policy/certificate. Unless stated otherwise, words denoting one gender include all other genders and words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa.
8. General Provisions
a) You are always solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information. AIA may request for further information from you to determine the authenticity of any information provided, including whether it is fraudulent or exaggerated.
b) AIA may decline the Gift Reward entitlement in the event any of the Terms and Conditions pursuant to this Campaign is not fulfilled. No appeal(s) will be entertained.
c) AIA shall have the right to decide all matters, and disputes concerning this Campaign including substituting the Gift or Cash Reward with other form of gifts/rewards of equivalent value.
d) AIA shall have the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign, and to suspend, terminate, delay or vary this Campaign with prior notice to you. The mode of notification (if any) of the amendment, suspension, termination, delay or variation shall be at AIA's discretion, including but not limited to displaying the same in any of AIA's website or social media sites.
e) AIA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or liabilities incurred by Customers or third parties arising from participation in this Campaign, including but not limited to losses caused by technical errors, incomplete or fraudulent information or failure to comply with the Campaign Terms and Conditions.
f) The Gift are non-transferable. Any request for the Gift to be delivered to a third party will not be entertained.
g) The terms and conditions of the Campaign are subject to change and the decision of AIA on any matter concerning these terms and conditions are final.
