Since implementing the donation feature within TNG eWallet back in 2019, we've onboarded 1,275 NGOs, religious organisations, and rescue organisations. This convenience has resulted in more than RM76 million in donations (as of December 2023) collected through daily donations and ongoing campaigns for COVID-19, flood relief, Ramadan, and Merdeka, along with various donation drives addressing current issues faced by the rakyat.

Bringing convenience through digital advancement

In 2022, Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd launched the enhanced card with near-field communication reload capabilities through TNG eWallet. Between July and December 2023, we saw an average monthly reload growth count of 208,000 while the average monthly reload rate for the non-NFC version was at 174,000. This signifies growth of usage in the latest advancement, decreasing the need to travel to top up the non-NFC cards

Additionally, Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd’s RFID has brought seamless convenience to more than 3 million users.

Protecting through innovation

In 2022, Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd introduced the first of its kind parking insurance exclusively for registered enhanced card users, at RM5 a month.

A total of 3,900 policies have been issued so far, providing coverage on accidents, accidental death, snatch theft, forcible car break-ins and loss of key within the parking compound.
