TNG eWallet offers a Money-back Guarantee policy to its users in the event of unauthorised transactions with payouts of up to RM5,000

TNG eWallet also took proactive steps to implement the five safety and security measures mandated by Bank Negara Malaysia for all banks in 2023, being the first and only eWallet to do so

In line with our commitment to social responsibility, TNG Digital has spearheaded initiatives to support the B40 community by leveraging the versatility of TNG eWallet.

Dana Ramah

This fundraising campaign is dedicated to offering insurance coverage to approximately 70,000 B40 Malaysians. Our objective is to raise RM2.8 million through donations, all towards promoting social good.

Tenang Initiative

In support of the government's efforts, we managed to provide a simple interest application platform, reminders, application assistance, and cashback incentives through the TNG eWallet. These efforts facilitate access to free insurance for the B40 community.

Using the platform for good

Since implementing the donation feature within TNG eWallet back in 2019, we've onboarded 1,275 NGOs, religious organisations, and rescue organisations. This convenience has resulted in more than RM76 million in donations (as of December 2023) collected through daily donations and ongoing campaigns for COVID-19, flood relief, Ramadan, and Merdeka, along with various donation drives addressing current issues faced by the rakyat.
