1. What campaign is this?
This Campaign is open to all registered TNG eWallet users. User who purchases and sends Gift with a minimum of RM5 in TNG eWallet's Gift ("Eligible Sender") will receive a random cashback voucher or promo code voucher (“Voucher”).
2. When is the campaign period?
The Campaign period is from 12 February to 19 February 2025.
3. Who is eligible to receive this Voucher?
This Campaign is open to all registered TNG eWallet users who purchases and sends Gift with minimum RM5 in TNG eWallet's Gift during the campaign period.
4. When the Voucher will be credited to me upon completion of requirements?
Voucher will be credited to the user's "My Rewards" section instantly upon successful transaction.
5. How many vouchers can I receive?
Each Eligible Sender can receive maximum of randomized vouchers per send transaction, limited to their first 2 successful Gift send transactions.

6. How long will the Voucher be available for me to use?
The validity of the Voucher is as stated in the voucher. Any unused and/or unredeemed Gift thereafter will expire, and they cannot be extended, renewed, returned, or refunded.
7. If I forget to use my Voucher, can they be reinstated?
If users do not spend the Voucher within validity period, the amount will be forfeited. Any unused Reward cannot be reinstated.
8. Is there a limit on the number of vouchers available?
Yes, the campaign is limited to the first 7,312 eligible transactions. The campaign will cease once the Voucher has been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier.

2. Bilakah tempoh kempen?
Tempoh Kempen adalah dari 12 Februari hingga 19 Februari 2025.
3. Siapa yang layak menerima Baucar ini?
Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua pengguna berdaftar TNG eWallet yang membeli dan menghantar Hadiah dengan minimum RM5 dalam Hadiah TNG eWallet sepanjang tempoh kempen.
4. Bilakah Baucar akan dikreditkan kepada saya selepas memenuhi syarat?
Baucar akan dikreditkan serta-merta ke bahagian "My Rewards" anda selepas transaksi Hadiah yang berjaya.
5. Berapa banyak baucar yang boleh saya terima?
Setiap Pengirim Layak boleh menerima maksimum 4 baucar rawak bagi setiap transaksi penghantaran, terhad kepada 2 transaksi penghantaran Hadiah pertama.

6. Berapa lama Baucar ini sah untuk digunakan?
Tempoh sah Baucar seperti yang dinyatakan dalam baucar. ("Tempoh Sah"). Mana-mana Baucar yang tidak digunakan dan/atau tidak ditebus selepas itu akan luput, dan ia tidak boleh dipanjangkan, diperbaharui, dikembalikan, atau dibayar balik.
7. Jika saya terlupa untuk menggunakan Baucar saya, bolehkah ia dipulihkan?
Jika pengguna tidak menggunakan Baucar dalam tempoh sah, jumlah tersebut akan dirampas. Sebarang Ganjaran yang tidak digunakan tidak boleh dipulihkan.
8. Adakah terdapat had ke atas bilangan baucar yang tersedia?
Ya, kempen ini terhad kepada 7,312 transaksi layak pertama. Kempen akan tamat sebaik sahaja Baucar telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Kempen, yang mana lebih awal.
