What is this promotion?
This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”). User who purchased SafeTrip and key in promo code HOLIDAY (“Eligible User”) will be entitled for Cashback up to RM70 from the Final Gross Premium paid.
What is the duration of this promotion?
The Promotion Period is from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive.
How is the cashback amount calculated?
The cashback amount will be based on either one of the scenarios below:

The Cashback is applicable to the Final Gross Premium only. Stamp duty and SST are not inclusive for the cashback and will be charged at full value.
When can I receive the cashback?
The Cashback shall be credited to the users’ respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet accounts by the 10th of the following month after issuance of the said policy.
Is there a limit/ capping for this promotion?
The total maximum cashback fund of this Campaign is RM40,000 that is to be given out to all Eligible Users throughout the Campaign Period based on a first come, first served basis. This campaign will cease when the campaign period ends or when the total maximum of Cashback fund has been reached, whenever is earlier.
Is there any limit of reward I can get throughout the campaign period?
No. You can enjoy the reward as long as you fulfil the campaign criteria throughout the campaign period. However, this campaign will cease when the campaign period ends or when the total maximum of Cashback fund has been reached, whenever is earlier.
What if I cancel my policy within the campaign period, will I still entitle for the cashback?
No. The policy must be remained active throughout the campaign period and any cancellation of policy within the campaign period will not be entitle for the cashback.

Pulangan tunai hanya akan dikenakan atas Premium Kasar Akhir sahaja. Duti setem dan SST, tidak layak untuk mendapat pulangan tunai dan harus dibayar dalam nilai yang penuh.
Bilakah saya boleh menerima pulangan tunai?
Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Touch 'n Go eWallet masing-masing sebelum 10hb bulan berikutnya selepas polisi tersebut dikeluarkan.
Adakah terdapat had untuk promosi ini?
Pulangan Tunai Kempen ini adalah terhad kepada Jumlah maksimum RM40,000, yang akan diberi kepada semua Pengguna yang layak dalam Tempoh Kempen, berdasarkan giliran.
Kempen ini akan berakhir apabila tamat tempoh atau apabila Jumlah maksimum pulangan tunai kempen ini telah mencapai had, yang mana terdahulu.
Adakah terdapat had ganjaran yang boleh saya dapatkan sepanjang tempoh kempen?
Tidak. Anda boleh menikmati ganjaran selagi anda memenuhi kriteria kempen sepanjang tempoh kempen. Walau bagaimanapun, kempen ini akan tamat apabila tempoh kempen berakhir atau apabila jumlah maksimum pulangan tunai telah dicapai, yang mana lebih awal.
