  1. What is this promotion?

    This Promotion is open to TNG eWallet users who successfully perform and purchase SafeTrip transaction during Campaign period (“Eligible Users”). Each successful transaction entitles the Eligible User to ONE (1) randomized cashback of RM1, RM3, RM10, RM25 or RM50 during the Campaign Period.

  2. What is the duration of this promotion?

    The Promotion Period is from 19th May 2025 to 6th July 2025, both dates inclusive.

  3. What is the allocation of cashback amount?

    The cashback amount is based on the randomizer and the cashback value and quantity is shown as below :

  1. When can I receive the cashback?

    The Cashback shall be credited to the users’ respective TNG eWallet accounts within 5 working days after issuance of the said policy.  

  2. Is there any limit / capping for the campaign?

    The total maximum cashback fund of this Campaign is RM23,545 that is to be given out to all Eligible Users throughout the Campaign Period, based on first come, first served basis. This Campaign will cease once the maximum cashback fund has been fully utilized or at the expiration of Campaign Period, whenever is earlier.  

  3. Who should I contact if I do not receive the cashback within five working days after the policy is issued?

  1. Apakah tawaran promosi ini?

    Kempen ini terbuka kepada pengguna TNG eWallet yang berjaya melakukan dan membeli transaksi SafeTrip sepanjang tempoh Kempen (“Pengguna Layak”). Setiap transaksi pembelian yang Berjaya layak mendapat pulangan tunai secara rawak sebanyak RM1, RM3, RM10, RM25 atau RM50 semasa Tempoh Kempen.

  2. Apakah tempoh promosi ini?

    Tempoh Kempen adalah dari 19hb Mei 2025 sehingga 6hb Julai 2025, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut.

  3. Bagaimanakah jumlah pulangan tunai dikira?

    Jumlah pulangan tunai adalah berdasarkan rawak dan nilai pulangan tunai dan kuantiti ditunjukkan seperti di bawah :

    Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke akaun TNG eWallet pengguna masing-masing dalam tempoh 5 hari bekerja selepas polisi tersebut dikeluarkan.

  2. Adakah terdapat had untuk promosi ini?

    Jumlah dana pulangan tunai maksimum Kempen ini adalah RM23,545 yang akan diberikan kepada semua Pengguna Layak sepanjang Tempoh Promosi, berdasarkan giliran. Kempen ini akan berakhir apabila tamat tempoh atau apabila Jumlah maksimum Pulangan Tunai telah mencapai had, yang mana terdahulu.

  3. Siapakah yang perlu saya hubungi sekiranya saya tidak menerima pulangan tunai dalam tempoh 5 hari bekerja selepas polisi dikeluarkan?
