Q1. What is this promotion?
The Campaign is open to TNG eWallet users who enter the promo code: HOLIDAY and successfully purchase international plan during Campaign period (“Eligible Users”). The first 3,500 Eligible Users will be entitled to get a guaranteed reward, based on first come, first served basis.
Q2 What is the duration of this promotion?
The Promotion Period is from 15th August 2025 to 30th September 2025, both dates inclusive.
Q3. What reward that I will be getting if I purchased SafeTrip for my International plan and key in promo code during campaign period?
The first 3,500 Eligible Users who enter promo code and successfully purchase a SafeTrip International plan during campaign period will be entitled to get a guaranteed reward, based on first come fist served basis. Eligible users will receive one (1) guaranteed reward on random basis based on the reward option below :

Q4. Can I get more than 1 reward if I made more than one International plan during the campaign period?
Every Eligible User is entitled to only one guaranteed reward throughout the campaign period, regardless of how many international SafeTrip plan transactions the user makes.
Q5. How do you decide which reward each person gets?
The reward will be randomly selected for the first 3,500 eligible users through a randomiser tool that will be conducted by AIA.
Q6. How does the prize fulfillment process work and will there be a winners announcement?
For Klook vouchers rewards, the prize fulfilment will be fulfilled by AIA via AIA+ app after 30 calendar days from the winners announcement on TNG Digital Official social media and Website. The users are required to download AIA+ and create an account to claim the voucher under “Wallet & Rewards”. The voucher will have a one-year validity from the issuance date. Any unused vouchers thereafter will expire, and the user will not be able to claim the prize. The user will receive a congratulatory EDM during the winners announcement which contains instructions on how to download the app and claim the voucher.
While for the TNGD GOreward points fulfilment will be processed to respective TNG eWallet account within 10 working days after winner announcement.

Kempen ini terbuka kepada pengguna TNG eWallet yang memasukkan kod promo HOLIDAY dan berjaya membeli transaksi SafeTrip bagi pelan antarabangsa (international) sepanjang tempoh Kempen (“Pengguna Layak”). 3,500 Pengguna Layak pertama akan berhak menerima ganjaran terjamin, berdasarkan prinsip siapa cepat, dia dapat.

S3. Apakah ganjaran yang akan saya terima jika saya membeli pelan antarabangsa (International plan) bagi insurans perjalanan SafeTrip saya dan memasukkan kod promosi semasa tempoh kempen?
3,500 Pengguna Layak pertama yang memasukkan kod promosi dan berjaya membeli pelan antarabangsa (International plan) SafeTrip sepanjang tempoh kempen akan layak menerima satu ganjaran terjamin, berdasarkan konsep siapa cepat dia dapat. Pengguna Layak akan menerima satu (1) ganjaran terjamin secara rawak berdasarkan pilihan ganjaran seperti di bawah:

S4. Bolehkan saya menerima lebih daripada satu ganjaran jika saya membeli lebih daripada satu pelan antarabangsa SafeTrip (International plan) sepanjang tempoh kempen?
Setiap Pengguna Layak hanya berhak menerima satu (1) ganjaran terjamin sepanjang tempoh kempen, tanpa mengira bilangan transaksi pembelian pelan SafeTrip International yang dibuat.
S5. Bagaimanakah ganjaran ditentukan untuk setiap pengguna?
Ganjaran akan diberikan secara rawak kepada 3,500 Pengguna Layak pertama melalui alat penjana rawak yang akan dikendalikan oleh AIA.
S6. Bagaimanakah proses penebusan ganjaran dijalankan dan adakah pengumuman pemenang akan dibuat?
Bagi ganjaran baucar Klook, pemenuhan hadiah akan dilaksanakan oleh AIA melalui aplikasi AIA+ dalam tempoh 30 hari kalendar selepas pengumuman pemenang di media sosial rasmi dan laman web TNG Digital. Pengguna dikehendaki memuat turun aplikasi AIA+ dan mencipta akaun untuk menebus baucar di bawah bahagian “Wallet & Rewards”. Baucar tersebut akan sah selama satu (1) tahun dari tarikh pengeluaran. Sebarang baucar yang tidak digunakan selepas tempoh tersebut akan tamat tempoh dan pengguna tidak akan dapat menuntut hadiah tersebut. Pengguna akan menerima EDM ucapan tahniah semasa pengumuman pemenang yang mengandungi arahan untuk memuat turun aplikasi dan menebus baucar.
Bagi mata ganjaran TNGD GOreward, penebusan akan diproses ke akaun eWallet TNG masing-masing dalam tempoh 10 hari bekerja selepas pengumuman pemenang.
