Q1 What is this campaign about?
Any TNG eWallet user can select a promocode (RM10 discount in service transfer) under gift option and share with friends and family.
Q2 How to share a promocode under gift function with your contacts?
Gift Sender can choose to send a Gift by clicking remittance option under gift options at the eWallet gift page. And choose the promocode amount and send to their family and friends.
Q3 How do receivers receive the gift?
The receiver will receive a notification from TNG eWallet . Gift details and how to redeem the Gift can be found in the inbox. Gift details can also be found on the user’s eWallet GoRewards page.
Q4 How to use the received gift?
The receiver can click on the reward details to see the detail. The receiver can then copy the promo code and paste it in the promocode box of the Remittance transaction page.
Step 1 : Customer required to do TNG eWallet Ekyc ( New Customer)
Step 2 : Click on Remittance and verify / register Remittance through Bank account verification (New Customer)
Step 3 : Customer click on GoRewards page and go the receive details . Click on the gift and click “copy& use “ where customer will land to Remittance page.
Step 4: Choose receiver country
Step 5: Select receiving method
Step 6: Enter preferred amount
Step 7: Paste the copied promocode in the promocode box
Step 8: Click Continue
The receiver will see the discounted amount displayed on the first screen and can enjoy the offer by completing the transfer.
Q5 Are there any capping/limitations to this campaign?
Yes. The Gift is eligible for use only one (1) time on any remittance transaction

Penerima boleh tekan butiran untuk melihat semua makumat. Penerima boleh “copy dan paste” kod promosi di ruangan promocode Remittance.
