Q1 What does this Campaign offer?
The Campaign offers:
(a) Reward 1: Additional bonus rate (“Merdeka Bonus Reward”) on the Net Cash Flow (“NCF”) amount maintained in Eligible Participant’s Principal – Invest feature account for a period of thirty (30) days, last recorded as at the last day of the Campaign Period, as illustrated below:

Q2 What is the duration of this campaign?
The Campaign begins on 19 August 2024, 12:00AM to 30 September 2024, 11:59PM, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
Q3 Who is eligible for this promotion?
The Campaign is open to any Investment - Principal user who performs a cash in in their Principal - Invest feature account during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Participant”).
Q4 How to be eligible for the Merdeka Bonus Reward?
To be eligible for the Merdeka Bonus Reward, Eligible Participants must fulfil all of the following criteria:
a. The Eligible Participant must key in “MERDEKA” in the promo code field of Principal - Invest feature account whenever a single cash in is performed within
the Campaign Period.
b. The Eligible Participant must:
i. Perform a minimum cash in of Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand (RM2,000.00) in a single transaction into their Principal - Invest feature account; or activate the “Auto Cash-In” feature during the Campaign Period and performs an automated cash-in with a minimum amount of RM100.00 only which cumulatively add up to a minimum of RM2,000.00 during the Campaign Period;
ii. The Cash In must be successfully completed within the Campaign Period.
c. The Eligible Participant must maintain the subscription in their Principal - Invest feature account for a holding period of thirty (30) days from the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. from 1st October 2024, 12:00 AM to 30th October 2024, 11.59pm (“Post Campaign Period”). The Eligible Participant shall not be entitled to the Campaign Rewards if any redemption is performed during the Post Campaign Period.
d. The additional Merdeka Bonus Reward will be calculated based on the NCF amount in the Eligible Participant’s Principal - Invest account last recorded as at the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. 30th September 2024 11.59 PM.
Q5 How to be eligible for the Exclusive Reward?
To be eligible for the Exclusive Reward, Eligible Participants must fulfil all of the following criteria:
a. Has never performed any cash in into the Principal - Invest feature account.
b. Must key in a valid promo code (as provided either through an email invitation by Principal and/or its media marketing initiatives, “Exclusive Promo Code”) in the promo code field of Principal - Invest feature account whenever a single cash in is performed within the Campaign Period.
c. Must perform a cash in and maintain a minimum NCF of RM2,000 during the Campaign Period in the Eligible Participant’s Principal - Invest account last recorded as at the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. 30th September 2024 11.59 PM.
d. Must maintain the subscription in their Principal - Invest feature account for a holding period of thirty (30) days from the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. from 1st October 2024, 12:00 AM to 30th October 2024, 11.59pm (“Post Campaign Period”). The Eligible Participant shall not be entitled to the Campaign Rewards if any redemption is performed during the Post Campaign Period.
Q6 Is there any limit on the Cash In transaction and amount that can be performed during the Campaign Period?
No. There is no maximum limit on the number and amount of cash in transactions that you can perform during the campaign period.
Q7 Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?
The maximum Campaign Reward amount per customer for Reward 1 is capped at RM1,888.
The maximum Campaign Reward per customer for Reward 2 is capped at one (1) unit per Eligible Participant.
The total cap on Campaign Reward allocation is RM350,000. The Campaign will cease once the Campaign Reward has reached the maximum allocation limit or when the Campaign Period ends, whichever is earlier.
Q8 What is Net Cash Flow (“NCF”)?
NCF = Total Cash In Amount into Principal – Invest account – Total Cash Out Amount from Principal - Invest account
Throughout the Campaign Period.
Q9 How is the Merdeka Bonus Reward calculated?
The Merdeka Bonus Reward will be calculated and rewarded based on the NCF amount in the Eligible Participant’s Principal - Invest account last recorded as at the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. 30th September 2024 11.59 PM.

Q10 How will the Campaign Reward be distributed?
The Merdeka Bonus Reward will be in the form of cash back into the Eligible Participant’s TNG e-wallet account, which will be credited into the Eligible Participant’s TNG e-wallet account.
The Exclusive Reward will be in the form of F&B e-Voucher, in which the Eligible Participant will be notified through electronic Direct Mail (eDM) and/or Short Message Service (SMS) sent from Principal.
Both Campaign Rewards shall be fulfilled to the Eligible Participants within 45 days after Post Campaign Period (“Reward Distribution Date”); i.e. by 14th December 2024.
Q11 During the campaign period, will I still receive any monthly income distribution from the relevant fund?
Yes. You will still be entitled to monthly income distribution from the fund on your Principal – Invest account’s investments on top of the Campaign Reward.

Q1 Apa yang ditawarkan oleh kempen ini??
Kempen ini menawarkan:
(a) Ganjaran 1: Kadar bonus tambahan (“Kadar Bonus Merdeka”) pada jumlah aliran tunai bersih (“NCF”) yang dikekalkan selama tempoh tiga puluh (30) hari dalam akaun GOinvest – Invest Peserta Layak, seperti yang diilustrasikan di bawah:

Q2 Berapakah lama Tempoh Kempen ini?
Kempen ini bermula pada 19 Ogos 2024 dan berakhir pada 30 September 2024, kedua-dua tarikh termasuk ("Tempoh Kempen”).
Q3 Siapa yang layak untuk Kempen ini?
Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua pengguna Investment - Principal yang melakukan pelaburan ke dalam akaun Principal - Invest mereka semasa Tempoh Kempen (“Peserta Layak”).
Q4 Bagaimana untuk memenuhi syarat untuk Kadar Bonus Merdeka?
Peserta Layak dikehendaki memenuhi semua syarat berikut untuk layak mendapat Ganjaran Kadar Bonus Merdeka:
a. Peserta Layak mesti memasukkan “MERDEKA” dalam bidang kod promosi akaun Principal - Invest apabila pelaburan tunggal dilakukan dalam Tempoh Kempen.
b. Peserta Layak mesti:
i. Melakukan pelaburan dengan minimum Ringgit Malaysia Dua Ribu (RM2,000.00) dalam satu transaksi tunggal ke dalam akaun Principal – Invest; atau mengatifkan ciri “Auto Cash-In” semasa Tempoh Kempen di mana pelaburan automatik dengan jumlah minimum RM100.00 berlaku semasa Tempoh Kempen.
ii. Pelaburan mesti berjaya diselesaikan dalam Tempoh Kempen.
c. Peserta Layak mesti mengekalkan pelaburan yang dilakukan dalam akaun Principal - Invest mereka untuk tempoh pegangan selama tiga puluh (30) hari dari hari terakhir Tempoh Kempen, iaitu. dari 1 Oktober 2024, 12:00 PG hingga 30 Oktober 2024, 11.59 malam (“Tempoh Pasca Kempen”). Peserta Layak tidak berhak mendapat Ganjaran Kempen jika apa-apa penebusan dilakukan semasa Tempoh Pasca Kempen.
d. Kadar Bonus Merdeka akan dikira berdasarkan jumlah NCF dalam akaun Principal - Invest Peserta Layak yang kali terakhir direkodkan pada hari terakhir Tempoh Kempen, iaitu. 30 September 2024 11.59 PM.
Q5 Bagaimana untuk memenuhi syarat untuk Hadiah Istimewa?
Peserta Layak dikehendaki memenuhi semua syarat berikut untuk layak mendapat Ganjaran Hadiah Istimewa:
a. Tidak pernah melakukan pelaburan ke dalam akaun Principal – Invest.
b. Mesti memasukkan kod promosi yang sah (seperti yang diberikan melalui jemputan emel dari Principal dan/atau inisiatif pemasaran media, “Kod Promosi Eksklusif”) dalam bidang kod promosi akaun Principal - Invest apabila pelaburan tunggal dilakukan dalam Tempoh Kempen.
c. Mesti melakukan pelaburan dan mengekalkan jumlah minimum RM2,000.00 NCF dalam akaun Principal – Invest yang kali terakhir direkodkan pada hari terakhir Tempoh Kempen, iaitu. 30 Jun 2024 11.59 PM.
d. Mesti mengekalkan pelaburan yang dilakukan dalam akaun Principal - Invest mereka semasa Tempoh Pasca Kempen, iaitu. dari 1 Oktober 2024, 12:00 PG hingga 30 Oktober 2024, 11.59 malam. Peserta Layak tidak berhak mendapat Hadiah Istimewa jika apa-apa penebusan dilakukan semasa Tempoh Pasca Kempen.
Q6 Adakah terdapat transaksi dan/atau jumlah pelaburan maksima yang boleh dilakukan semasa Tempoh Kempen?
Tiada had maksimum transaksi dan/atau jumlah pelaburan yang boleh dilakukan semasa Tempoh Kempen.
Q7 Adakah terdapat sebarang batasan atas Ganjaran Kempen untuk Kempen ini?
Ganjaran maksimum bagi Ganjaran 1 terhad kepada RM1,888 bagi setiap Peserta Berhak.
Ganjaran maksimum bagi Ganjaran 2 terhad kepada satu (1) unit bagi setiap Peserta Berhak.
Kempen ini akan berakhir sebaik sahaja peruntukan maksimum RM350,000 daripada jumlah Ganjaran Kempen (“Ganjaran Kempen Maksimum”) dicapai atau apabila Tempoh Kempen berakhir, yang mana lebih awal.
Q8 Apakah yang dimaksudkan oleh amaun Aliran Tunai Bersih (“NCF”)?
NCF ditakrifkan sebagai jumlah penebusan yang dilakukan semasa Tempoh Kempen, dikurangkan daripada jumlah pelaburan yang dilakukan selama Tempoh Kempen.
Q9 Bagaimana Kadar Bonus Merdeka dikira?
Kadar Bonus Merdeka tambahan akan dikira berdasarkan jumlah NCF dalam akaun Principal - Invest Peserta Layak yang kali terakhir direkodkan pada hari terakhir Tempoh Kempen, iaitu. 30 September 2024 11.59 PM.

Q10 Bagaimana kadar bonus akan dibahagikan?
Ganjaran Kadar Bonus “Merdeka” akan diberikan dalam pulangan wang tunai kembali ke akaun TNG e-Wallet Peserta Berhak. Ganjaran 1 akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun TNG e-Wallet Peserta Berhak.
Ganjaran Hadiah Istimewa akan diberikan dalam bentuk baucar elektronik F&B, di mana Peserta Layak akan dimaklumkan melalui emel atau SMS yang dihantari oleh Principal.
Kedua-dua Ganjaran akan diberi dalam tempoh 45 hari selepas Tempoh Pasca Kempen (“Tarikh Pengagihan Ganjaran”); iaitu sebelum 14 Disember 2024
Q11 Akankah saya masih menerima apa-apa pembahagian pendapatan bulanan selama Tempoh Kempen?
Ya. Anda masih akan berhak untuk mendapatkan pembahagian pendapatan bulanan daripada dana pelaburan Investment - Principal anda di atas Ganjaran Kempen ini.
