Q1 What does this Campaign offer?
The Campaign offers:
(a) up to an additional up to an additional 6% per annum (p.a.) additional bonus rate (“Bonus Rate”) on the Net Cash Flow (“NCF”) amount maintained for a period of sixty (60) days, whereby NCF shall mean the amount calculated by subtracting the total cash-out amounts from the total cash-in amounts for each Eligible Account throughout the Campaign Period; and/or
(b) additional 1% per annum (p.a.) additional bonus rate (“RSP Bonus Rate”), on top of Bonus Rate Reward, on the NCF amount set up and maintained for a period of sixty (60) days.
(“Campaign Rewards”).
Q2 What is the duration of this campaign?
The Campaign begins on 7 July 2025 and ends on 8 August 2025, 11:59PM, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
Q3 Who is eligible for this promotion?
The Campaign is open to all users who perform a Cash In in to their Principal (i) Invest or (ii) Retire feature account during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Participant”).
Q4 How to be eligible for the Bonus Rate?
To be eligible for the Bonus Rate, Eligible Participants must fulfil all of the following criteria:
a. The Eligible Participant must key in “DOUBLEUP” in the promo code field of Principal Invest feature account whenever a cash in is performed within the Campaign Period. The promo code is not required for cash in performed into the Principal Retire feature account.
b. The Eligible Participant must perform a minimum cash in of RM200 in a single transaction into their Principal Invest or Retire feature account. The Cash In and Investment Subscription must be successfully completed within the Campaign Period.
c. The Eligible Participant must maintain the subscription in their Principal Invest or Retire feature account for a holding period of sixty (60) days from the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. from 9th August 2025, 12:00 AM to 7th October 2025, 11.59pm (“Post Campaign Period”). The Eligible Participant shall not be entitled to the Campaign Rewards if any redemption is performed during the Post Campaign Period.
d. The Bonus Rate entitled shall be as follows:

e. The additional Bonus Rate will be calculated based on the NCF amount in the Eligible Participant’s Principal Invest or Retire account last recorded as at the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. 8th August 2025 11.59 PM.
Q5 How to be eligible for the RSP Bonus Rate?
To be eligible for the RSP Bonus Rate, Eligible Participants must fulfil all of the following criteria:
a. The Eligible Participant must activate the Auto Cash In (“RSP”) feature for the Eligible Account(s). The Eligible Participant must perform a minimum Auto Cash In of RM200 into their Principal Invest feature account. The first Cash In and Investment Subscription must be successfully completed within the Campaign Period and/or Post Campaign Period. The Eligible Participant must not disable the Auto Cash In feature throughout the Campaign Period and/or Post Campaign Period.
b. The Eligible Participant must not perform any redemption throughout the Post Campaign Period. The Eligible Participant shall not be entitled to the Campaign Rewards if any redemption is performed during the Post Campaign Period.
c. The additional Raya Extra Bonus Rate will be calculated based on the NCF amount in the Eligible Participant’s Principal Invest or Retire account last recorded as at the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. 8th August 2025 11.59 PM.
Q6 Is there any limit on the Cash In transaction and amount that can be performed during the Campaign Period?
No. There is no maximum limit on the number and amount of cash in transactions that you can perform during the campaign period.
Q7 Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?
The maximum Campaign Reward amount per customer is capped at RM200. The total cap on Campaign Reward allocation is RM200,000. The Campaign will cease once the Campaign Reward has reached the maximum allocation limit or when the Campaign Period ends, whichever is earlier.
Q8 What is Net Cash Flow (“NCF”)?
NCF = Total Cash In Amount into Principal Invest or Retire account – Total Cash Out Amount from Principal Invest or Retire account
Throughout the Campaign Period.
Q9 How is the Campaign Reward calculated?
The Campaign Reward will be calculated based on the NCF amount in the Eligible Participant’s Principal Invest or Retire account last recorded as at the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. 8th August 2025 11.59 PM.
Q10 How will the bonus rate be distributed?
The Campaign Reward will be given in the form of cash back into the Eligible Participant’s TNG e-wallet account, which will be credited into the Eligible Participant’s TNG e-wallet account within 45 days after Post Campaign Period (“Reward Distribution Date”).
Q11 During the campaign period, will I still receive any monthly income distribution from the relevant fund?
Yes. You will still be entitled to monthly income distribution from the fund on your Principal investments on top of the Campaign Reward.

Q1 Apa yang ditawarkan oleh kempen ini??
Kempen ini menawarkan:
(a) tambahan sehingga 6% setahun (p.a.) kadar bonus tambahan ("Kadar Bonus ") pada jumlah Aliran Tunai Bersih ("NCF") yang dikekalkan untuk tempoh enam puluh (60) hari, di mana NCF bermaksud jumlah yang dikira dengan menolak jumlah wang tunai daripada jumlah wang masuk bagi setiap Akaun yang Layak sepanjang Tempoh Kempen; dan/atau
(b) kadar bonus tambahan 1% setahun (p.a.) ("Kadar Bonus Ekstra"), di samping Kadar Bonus, pada jumlah Aliran Tunai Bersih ("NCF") yang dikekalkan untuk tempoh enam puluh (60) hari.
(“Ganjaran Kempen”).
Q2 Berapakah lama Tempoh Kempen ini?
Kempen ini bermula pada 7 Julai 2025 dan berakhir pada 8 Ogos 2025, kedua-dua tarikh termasuk (“Tempoh Kempen”).
Q3 Siapa yang layak untuk Kempen ini?
Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua pengguna yang melakukan Pelaburan ke akaun Principal (i) Invest atau (ii) Retire mereka semasa Tempoh Kempen ("Peserta Layak”).
Q4 Bagaimana untuk memenuhi syarat untuk Kadar Bonus?
Peserta Layak dikehendaki memenuhi semua syarat berikut untuk layak mendapat Ganjaran Kadar Bonus:
a. Peserta Layak mesti memasukkan "DOUBLEUP" dalam medan kod promosi akaun ciri Principal Invest apabila wang tunai dilakukan dalam Tempoh Kempen. Kod promosi tidak diperlukan untuk wang tunai yang dilakukan ke dalam akaun ciri Principal Retire.
b. Peserta Layak mesti melakukan wang tunai minimum sebanyak RM200 dalam satu transaksi ke dalam akaun ciri Principal Invest atau Retire mereka. Pelaburan mesti berjaya diselesaikan dalam Tempoh Kempen.
c. Peserta Layak mesti mengekalkan langganan dalam akaun ciri Principal Invest atau Retire mereka untuk tempoh pegangan selama enam puluh (60) hari dari hari terakhir Tempoh Kempen, iaitu dari 9 Ogos 2025, 12:00 AM hingga 7 Oktober 2025, 11.59 malam ("Tempoh Pasca Kempen"). Peserta Layak tidak layak mendapat Ganjaran Kempen jika sebarang penebusan dilakukan semasa Tempoh Pasca Kempen.
d. Kadar Bonus yang layak adalah seperti berikut:

e. Kadar Bonus tambahan akan dikira berdasarkan amaun NCF dalam akaun Principal Invest atau Retire Peserta Layak yang terakhir direkodkan pada hari terakhir Tempoh Kempen, iaitu 8 Ogos 2025 11.59 PM.
Q5 Bagaimana untuk memenuhi syarat untuk Kadar Bonus Ekstra?
Peserta Layak dikehendaki memenuhi semua syarat berikut untuk layak mendapat Ganjaran Kadar Bonus Ekstra:
a. Peserta Layak juga mesti mengaktifkan ciri Auto Cash In ("RSP") Akaun Layak dalam Tempoh Kempen. Peserta Layak mesti melakukan Auto Cash In minimum sebanyak RM200 ke dalam akaun ciri Principal Invest mereka. Pelaburan mesti berjaya diselesaikan dalam Tempoh Kempen. Peserta Layak tidak boleh melumpuhkan ciri Auto Cash In sepanjang Tempoh Kempen dan/atau Tempoh Pasca Kempen.
b. Peserta Layak tidak boleh melakukan sebarang penebusan sepanjang Tempoh Pasca Kempen. Peserta Layak tidak layak mendapat Ganjaran Kempen jika sebarang penebusan dilakukan semasa Tempoh Pasca Kempen.
c. Kadar Bonus Ekstra tambahan akan dikira berdasarkan amaun NCF yang terakhir direkodkan pada hari terakhir Tempoh Kempen, iaitu 8 Ogos 2025 11.59 malam.
Q6 Adakah terdapat transaksi dan/atau jumlah pelaburan maksima yang boleh dilakukan semasa Tempoh Kempen?
Tiada had maksimum transaksi dan/atau jumlah pelaburan yang boleh dilakukan semasa Tempoh Kempen.
Q7 Adakah terdapat sebarang batasan atas Ganjaran Kempen untuk Kempen ini?
Setiap Peserta Layak berhak yang memenuhi semua kriteria yang dinyatakan dalam terma dan syarat ini berhak untuk mendapatkan Ganjaran Kempen, terhad kepada RM200 bagi setiap Peserta Berhak.
Kempen ini akan berakhir sebaik sahaja peruntukan maksimum RM200,000 daripada jumlah Ganjaran Kempen (“Ganjaran Kempen Maksimum”) dicapai atau apabila Tempoh Kempen berakhir, yang mana lebih awal.
Q8 Apakah yang dimaksudkan oleh amaun Aliran Tunai Bersih (“NCF”)?
NCF ditakrifkan sebagai jumlah penebusan yang dilakukan semasa Tempoh Kempen, dikurangkan daripada jumlah pelaburan yang dilakukan selama Tempoh Kempen.
Q9 Bagaimana Ganjaran Kempen dikira?
Ganjaran Kempen akan dikira berdasarkan jumlah NCF dalam akaun Principal Invest dan/atau Retire Peserta Layak yang kali terakhir direkodkan pada hari terakhir Tempoh Kempen, iaitu. 8 Ogos 2025 11.59 PM.
Q10 Bagaimana kadar bonus akan dibahagikan?
Ganjaran Kempen akan diberikan dalam pulangan wang tunai kembali ke akaun TNG e-Wallet Peserta Berhak. Ganjaran Kempen akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun TNG e-Wallet Peserta Berhak dalam tempoh 45 hari selepas Tempoh Kempen Pasca (“Tarikh Pengagihan Ganjaran”).
Q11 Akankah saya masih menerima apa-apa pembahagian pendapatan bulanan selama Tempoh Kempen?
Ya. Anda masih akan berhak untuk mendapatkan pembahagian pendapatan bulanan daripada dana pelaburan Principal anda di atas Ganjaran Kempen ini.
