Q1   What does this Campaign offer?

The Campaign offers:

(a) Reward A: Additional bonus rate (“Bonus Reward”) on the Net Cash Flow (“NCF”) amount maintained in Eligible Participant’s Principal – Invest feature account for a period of thirty (30) days, last recorded as at the last day of the Campaign Period, as illustrated below:

Q2   What is the duration of this campaign?

The Campaign begins on 21st October 2024 and ends on 24th November 2024, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

Q3   Who is eligible for this promotion?

The Campaign is open to any Investment - Principal user who performs a cash in in their Principal - Invest feature account during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Participant”).  

Q4   What are the eligible products for this campaign?

Eligible Participants can Cash In into any one (1) of the following products:

a)    Principal Vietnam Equity Fund

b)    Principal China New Energy Innovation Fund

c)     Principal Islamic Global Multi-Asset Fund

d)    Principal Islamic Global Responsible Equity Fund

(“Eligible Product”)

Q5   How to be eligible for the Bonus Reward?

To be eligible for the Bonus Reward, Eligible Participants must fulfil all of the following criteria:

a.     The Eligible Participant must key in “FRESHDROP” in the promo code field of Principal - Invest feature account whenever a single cash in is performed within the Campaign Period.

b.     The Eligible Participant must:

                                i.     Perform a minimum cash in of Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred (RM500.00) in a single transaction into their Principal - Invest feature account; or activate the “Auto Cash-In” feature during the Campaign Period and performs automated cash-ins which cumulatively add up to the NCF amount of minimum Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred (RM500.00) during the Campaign Period;

                               ii.     The Cash In and/or the Investment Subscription must be successfully completed within the Campaign Period.

c. The Eligible Participant must maintain the subscription in their Principal - Invest feature account for a holding period of thirty (30) days from the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. from 25th November 2024, 12:00 AM to 25th December 2024, 11.59pm (“Post Campaign Period”). The Eligible Participant shall not be entitled to the Bonus Reward if any redemption is performed during the Post Campaign Period.

Q6   How to be eligible for the GOyang Bonus Reward?

To be eligible for the Exclusive Reward, Eligible Participants must fulfil all of the following criteria:

a. The Eligible Participant must key in “FRESHDROPXTRA” in the promo code field of Principal - Invest feature account whenever a single cash in is performed within the Campaign Period. Such promo code may be obtained via the GOyang-GOyang feature on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

b.     The Eligible Participant must:

i.     Perform a minimum cash in of Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred (RM500.00) in a single transaction into their Principal - Invest feature account; or activate the “Auto Cash-In” feature during the Campaign Period and performs automated cash-ins which cumulatively add up to the NCF amount of minimum Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred (RM500.00) only during the Campaign Period;

ii.     The Cash In and/or the Investment Subscription must be successfully completed within the Campaign Period.

c. The Eligible Participant must maintain the subscription in their Principal - Invest feature account for a holding period of thirty (30) days from the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. from 25th November 2024, 12:00 AM to 25th December 2024, 11.59pm (“Post Campaign Period”). The Eligible Participant shall not be entitled to the GOyang Bonus Reward if any redemption is performed during the Post Campaign Period.

Q7   Is there any limit on the Cash In transaction and amount that can be performed during the Campaign Period?

No. There is no maximum limit on the number and amount of cash in transactions that you can perform during the campaign period.

Q8   Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

The maximum Campaign Reward amount per customer for the Campaign Rewards (inclusive of Reward A and Reward B) is capped at RM800.

The total cap on Campaign Rewards allocation is RM20,000. The Campaign will cease once the Campaign Reward has reached the maximum allocation limit or when the Campaign Period ends, whichever is earlier.

Q9   What is Net Cash Flow (“NCF”)?

NCF = Total Cash In Amount into Principal – Invest account – Total Cash Out Amount from Principal - Invest account throughout the Campaign Period.

Q10       How is the Campaign Rewards calculated?

The Campaign Rewards will be calculated and rewarded based on the NCF amount in the Eligible Participant’s Principal - Invest account last recorded as at the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. 24th November 2024 11.59 PM.

Q11       How will the Campaign Rewards be distributed?

The Campaign Reward(s) will be in the form of cash back into the Eligible Participant’s TNG e-wallet account, which will be credited into the Eligible Participant’s TNG e-wallet account. The Campaign Reward(s) shall be fulfilled to the Eligible Participants within 45 days after Post Campaign Period (“Reward Distribution Date”); i.e. by 8th February 2025.

Q12       During the campaign period, will I still receive any monthly income distribution from the relevant fund?

Yes. You will still be entitled to monthly income distribution from the fund on your Principal – Invest account’s investments on top of the Campaign Rewards.

Q2        Berapakah lama Tempoh Kempen ini?

Kempen ini bermula pada 21 Oktober 2024 dan berakhir pada 24 November 2024, kedua-dua tarikh termasuk (“Tempoh Kempen”). 

Q3        Siapa yang layak untuk Kempen ini?

Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua pengguna Investment – Principal yang melakukan pelaburan ke dalam akaun Principal - Invest mereka semasa Tempoh Kempen (“Peserta Layak”). 

Q4        Bagaimana untuk memenuhi syarat untuk Kadar Bonus?

Peserta Layak dikehendaki memenuhi semua syarat berikut supaya layak mendapat Ganjaran Kadar Bonus:

a.     Peserta Layak mesti memasukkan “FRESHDROP” dalam bidang kod promosi akaun Principal - Invest apabila pelaburan tunggal dilakukan dalam Tempoh Kempen.

b.     Peserta Layak mesti:

i.          Melakukan pelaburan dengan minimum Ringgit Malaysia Lima Ratus (RM500.00) dalam satu transaksi tunggal ke dalam akaun Principal – Invest; atau mengatifkan ciri “Auto Cash-In” semasa Tempoh Kempen di mana pelaburan automatik dengan jumlah minimum RM500.00 berlaku semasa Tempoh Kempen.

ii.          Pelaburan mesti berjaya diselesaikan dalam Tempoh Kempen.

c.     Peserta Layak mesti mengekalkan pelaburan yang dilakukan dalam akaun Principal - Invest mereka untuk tempoh pegangan selama tiga puluh (30) hari dari hari terakhir Tempoh Kempen, iaitu. dari 25 November 2024, 12:00 PG hingga 25 Disember 2024, 11.59 malam (“Tempoh Pasca Kempen”). Peserta Layak tidak berhak mendapat Ganjaran Kempen jika apa-apa penebusan dilakukan semasa Tempoh Pasca Kempen.

Q5        Bagaimana untuk memenuhi syarat untuk Kadar Bonus GOyang-GOyang?

Peserta Layak dikehendaki memenuhi semua syarat berikut untuk layak mendapat Kadar Bonus GOyang:

i. Mesti memasukkan kod promosi “FRESHDROPXTRA” dalam bidang kod promosi akaun Principal - Invest apabila pelaburan tunggal dilakukan dalam Tempoh Kempen

ii. Peserta Layak mesti:

i. Melakukan pelaburan dengan minimum Ringgit Malaysia Lima Ratus (RM500.00) dalam satu transaksi tunggal ke dalam akaun Principal – Invest; atau mengatifkan ciri “Auto Cash-In” semasa Tempoh Kempen di mana pelaburan automatik dengan jumlah minimum RM500.00 berlaku semasa Tempoh Kempen.

ii. Pelaburan mesti berjaya diselesaikan dalam Tempoh Kempen.

iii. Mesti mengekalkan pelaburan yang dilakukan dalam akaun Principal - Invest mereka untuk tempoh pegangan selama tiga puluh (30) hari dari hari terakhir Tempoh Kempen, iaitu. dari 25 November 2024, 12:00 PG hingga 25 Disember 2024, 11.59 malam (“Tempoh Pasca Kempen”). Peserta Layak tidak berhak mendapat Kadar Bonus GOyang jika apa-apa penebusan dilakukan semasa Tempoh Pasca Kempen.

Q6        Adakah terdapat transaksi dan/atau jumlah pelaburan maksima yang boleh dilakukan semasa Tempoh Kempen?

Tiada had maksimum transaksi dan/atau jumlah pelaburan yang boleh dilakukan semasa Tempoh Kempen.

Q7        Adakah terdapat sebarang batasan atas Ganjaran Kempen untuk Kempen ini?

Setiap Peserta Layak yang memenuhi semua kriteria berhak untuk memperoleh Ganjaran Kempen, terhad kepada RM800 bagi setiap Peserta Layak.

Kempen ini akan berakhir sebaik sahaja peruntukan maksimum RM20,000 daripada jumlah Ganjaran Kempen (“Ganjaran Kempen Maksimum”) dicapai atau apabila Tempoh Kempen berakhir, yang mana lebih awal.

Q8        Apakah yang dimaksudkan oleh amaun Aliran Tunai Bersih (“NCF”)?

NCF ditakrifkan sebagai jumlah penebusan yang dilakukan semasa Tempoh Kempen, dikurangkan daripada jumlah pelaburan yang dilakukan selama Tempoh Kempen.

Q9        Bagaimana Ganjaran Kempen dikira?

Ganjaran Kempen akan dikira berdasarkan jumlah NCF dalam akaun Principal - Invest Peserta Layak yang kali terakhir direkodkan pada hari terakhir Tempoh Kempen, iaitu 24 November 2024 11.59 PM.

 Q10     Bagaimana Ganjaran Kempen akan diberikan?

Ganjaran Kempen akan diberikan dalam pulangan wang tunai kembali ke akaun TNG e-Wallet Peserta Berhak. Ganjaran Kempen akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun TNG e-Wallet Peserta Berhak dalam tempoh 45 hari selepas Tempoh Pasca Kempen (“Tarikh Pengagihan Ganjaran”); iaitu sebelum 8 Febuari 2025.

Q11     Akankah saya masih menerima apa-apa pembahagian pendapatan bulanan selama Tempoh Kempen?

Ya. Anda masih akan berhak untuk mendapatkan pembahagian pendapatan bulanan daripada dana pelaburan Investment - Principal anda di atas Ganjaran Kempen ini.
