Q1 What does this Campaign offer?
The Campaign offers one (1) unit of RM20 Food and Beverage (F&B) e-Voucher (“Campaign Rewards”).
Q2 What is the duration of this campaign?
The Campaign begins on 27th August 2025 and ends on 10th October 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
Q3 Who is eligible for this promotion?
The Campaign is open to all followers of Touch ‘n Go eWallet Instagram (“Eligible Participant”).
Q4 How to be eligible for the Campaign Rewards?
To be eligible for the Campaign Rewards, Eligible Participants must fulfil all of the following criteria:
a. Answer correctly to one Campaign-related question (“Question”) posted via Touch ‘n Go eWallet Instagram Story throughout the Campaign Period.
b. The Eligible Participant must answer within 24 hours from the time that the Question is posted on Touch ‘n Go eWallet Instagram Story.
c. Eligible Participants who answer correctly will stand a chance to be selected as the winner of the Campaign Rewards.
d. The first ten (10) winners will be selected on a weekly basis, based on the Eligible Participants who answered to the Questions correctly (“Winner”).
Q5 Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?
Each Winner is entitled to one (1) unit of Campaign Reward per week throughout the Campaign Period. There will be a total of six (6) Investival Questions, which will be posted on Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s Instagram Story every week throughout the Campaign Period.
Q6 How will the Winners be informed?
The Winners will be notified through Instagram Direct Mail from Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s Instagram account within 7 days from the day when the respective Question expires (“Winner Announcement Date”).
Q7 How will the Campaign Reward be distributed?
The Campaign Reward will be in the form of F&B e-Voucher, in which the Winner will receive through Short Message Service (SMS) sent from Principal within 30 days from the end of the Campaign Period, i.e. by 10th November 2025 (“Reward Distribution Date”).
Q8 Can I participate in other campaigns organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNG Digital”) and/or Principal Asset Management Berhad (“Principal”) concurrently?
Yes. You can still participate concurrently in other promotions or campaigns organised by Principal or TNG Digital during the Campaign Period.
