Selected new users to Telco Prepaid who make a mobile credit reload with a minimum payment of RM30 in a single transaction at Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘Prepaid’ function (except SOS Top Up, Sohoj and PayHub icons) will receive a Cashback of RM3.

Q2           What is the duration of this promotion?

This promotion is valid from 1 Aug 2024 until 31 Oct 2024, limited to the first 50,000 eligible transactions throughout the promotion period. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Q3           Who is eligible for this promotion?

Selected new users only, who make a mobile credit reload with a minimum payment of RM30 in a single transaction at Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘Prepaid’ function (except SOS Top Up, Sohoj and PayHub icons) will receive a Cashback of RM3.

Q4           When will I receive the cashback?

The cashback amount will be credited into user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet automatically after the eligible transaction. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.

Q5           How many times can I enjoy this promotion?

Each selected Touch ‘n Go eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the RM3 Cashback ONE (1) time only, throughout the Promotion Period

Pengguna prabayar telco baru terpilih yang membuat transaksi tambah nilai prabayar dengan bayaran minimum RM30 dalam satu transaksi menggunakan fungsi ‘Prabayar’ (tidak termasuk ikon SOS Top Up, Sohoj dan Payhub) pada aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet boleh mendapat Pulangan Tunai RM3.

Q2           Apakah tempoh promosi ini?

Tempoh promosi adalah dari 1 Aug 2024 sehingga 31 Okt 2023, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut. Pulangan Tunai RM3 adalah terhad kepada 50,000 transaksi terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila Pulangan Tunai telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

Q3           Siapakah yang layak menikmati promosi ini?

Pengguna terpilih sahaja yang membuat transaksi tambah nilai prabayar dengan bayaran minimum RM30 dalam satu transaksi menggunakan fungsi ‘Prabayar’ (tidak termasuk ikon SOS Top Up, Sohoj dan Payhub) pada aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet boleh mendapat Pulangan Tunai RM3.

Q4           Bilakah saya akan menerima pulangan tunai?

Pulangan tunai ini akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna selepas transaksi berjaya dilakukan. TNGD tidak akan membuat panggilan telefon berkenaan Promosi ini.

Q5           Berapa kali saya boleh menikmati promosi ini?

Setiap Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang terpilih hanya layak menikmati Pulangan Tunai RM3 ini sebanyak SATU (1) sahaja sepanjang Tempoh Promosi
