Users who make their first ever Internet Credit Top Up with a minimum payment of RM30 in a single transaction at Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘Prepaid’ function are eligible to receive ONE (1) 5% Cashback Voucher of RM1.50 (“Cashback Voucher”).

Q2           What is the duration of this promotion?

The Promotion Period is from 1 April 2024 until 30 April 2024, both dates inclusive.

The distribution of the 5% Cashback Voucher is limited to first 30,000 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully distributed or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Q3           Who is eligible for this promotion?

Users who make their first ever Internet Credit Top Up with a minimum payment of RM30 in a single transaction at Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘Prepaid’ function.

Q4           How many times can I enjoy this promotion?

Each user can earn a maximum of ONE (1) 5% Cashback Voucher throughout the promotion period.

Q5           How can I use this Cashback Voucher that I have received?

A minimum spend of RM30 on a subsequent transaction for Internet Credit Top Up via the “Prepaid” function in Touch ‘n Go eWallet is required to utilise this Cashback Voucher.

Q6           What is the validity of the voucher received?

Validity of the cashback voucher is 30 days from the point of voucher received. Any unused voucher thereafter will expire.

Q7           Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

The distribution of the 5% Cashback Voucher is limited to first 30,000 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully distributed or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

The 5% Cashback is capped at a maximum of RM1.50 only.

Q8           When will I receive the cashback voucher?

The 5% Cashback Voucher will automatically be saved under “My Rewards” section in the user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet App and is available to use for the user’s next eligible transaction.

The Cashback will be credited to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet in the next purchase after the meeting the Cashback Voucher criteria.

Q2           Apakah tempoh promosi ini?

Tempoh promosi adalah dari 1 April 2024 sehingga 30 April 2024, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut.

Pengagihan Baucar Pulangan Tunai 5% ini adalah terhad bagi 30,000 transaksi terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila Pulangan Tunai telah diagihkan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

Setiap pengguna boleh memperoleh maksimum SATU (1) Baucar 5% sahaja sepanjang tempoh Promosi.

Q5           Bagaimanakah saya boleh menggunakan Baucar Pulangan Tunai yang saya terima ini?

Perbelanjaan minimum RM30 untuk pembelian Tambah Nilai Kredit Internet melalui fungsi “Prabayar” di dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet adalah diperlukan untuk pengunaan Baucar Pulangan Tunai ini.

Q6           Apakah tempoh sah baucar yang diterima?

Baucar pulangan tunai ini sah untuk 30 hari dari baucar diterima. Mana-mana baucar yang tidak digunakan selepas itu akan tamat tempoh.

Pengagihan Baucar Pulangan Tunai 5% ini adalah terhad bagi 30,000 transaksi terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila Pulangan Tunai telah diagihkan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

Pulangan Tunai 5% dihadkan pada maksimum RM1.50 sahaja.

Q8           Bilakah saya akan menerima baucar ini?

Baucar Pulangan Tunai 5% akan disimpan secara automatik di bawah bahagian “My Rewards” dalam Aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna, dan boleh digunakan untuk transaksi seterusnya yang memenuhi syarat.

Pulangan Tunai 5% akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dengan serta-merta, selepas memenuhi kriteria baucar. TNGD tidak akan membuat panggilan telefon berkenaan Promosi ini.
