1. What is “Near Me”?

Near Me is a new feature that makes it convenient to find restaurants near you through authentic reviews left by other users. It provides details like operating hours, location, contact information, category, distance, and even reviews and comments from other users. You can also discover rewarding deals with participating merchants nearby.

2. What is the duration of the “Near Me Shake & Win Campaign”?

The Campaign will run from 1st August 2025 to 30th September 2025.

3. How does the “Near Me Shake & Win Campaign” work?

This campaign event is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd. Go to Touch ‘n Go eWallet, tap ‘Near Me’, tap on the ‘GOyang-GOyang’, and shake your mobile device to claim a randomized voucher.

4. How do I participate in the “Near Me Shake & Win Campaign”?

To participate, turn on location services on your mobile device and log in to the ‘Touch ‘n Go eWallet’. Then, tap ‘Near Me’ to find the “GOyang-GOyang” entry point. Start shaking your mobile device and try your luck.

5. Is there any limitation for users to claim the voucher?

Yes, there is a limit. Users are eligible to claim up to 3 vouchers per day. Voucher claims are subject to a daily limit. If unavailable today, please return daily to claim your voucher.

6. What are the random prizes I can win after joining the campaign?

Prizes include giveaways in the form of F&B Cashback Vouchers and 1g e-Mas entry ticket.

  • Merchant Cashback Vouchers will be stored under "GOrewards" > "My Rewards", where you can view the applicable terms and conditions.

  • 1g e-Mas Entry; The entry ticket gives you a chance to win 1g e-Mas. The more entries you collect, the higher your chances of winning in the final lucky draw. TNGD will include the total number of entries you've collected throughout the campaign in the final draw to select ten lucky winners to win 1x 1g e-Mas.

7. How can I utilize the F&B Cashback Voucher that I claimed during this campaign?

You can utilize the F&B Cashback Voucher at participating merchants listed by scanning their QR code on your TNG eWallet app or have them scan yours, provided you meet the minimum spend requirement stated in the voucher’s T&C and use it before the voucher’s validity expires.

8. How can I check the F&B cashback voucher’s terms and conditions?

Go to ‘GOrewards’ and tap on ‘My Rewards’ and it will list all the active vouchers you have redeemed via ‘Near Me’.

9. Is there a validity period for the F&B cashback vouchers?

Yes, vouchers redeem via ‘Near Me’ are valid 24 hours after being claimed. Please be sure to use the voucher before it expires.

10. Can I transfer or exchange my F&B cashback voucher for cash?

F&B Cashback voucher obtained through Near Me Campaign are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

11. How can I know how many 1g e-Mas entries I have?

You can check the number of entries you’ve received on “My Rewards”.

12. After I receive my 1g e-Mas entries, what should I do next?

TNGD will automatically include your entries into the final draw for the 1g e-Mas. The more entries you collect, the higher your chances of winning!

13. When will I know if I’ve won the grand prize?

The winner of the grand prize will be announced within 7 to 14 working days after the campaign ends. Winner will be announced via TNG's official social media platforms, including Instagram Stories. The winner will be contacted by TNGD via email. The winner will be required to provide proof of identification and contact details to TNGD via email for prize arrangements.

14. How is Grand Prize winner chosen?

The Grand Prize winner will be selected randomly by TNGD during the final draw. TNGD will include the total number of entries each user has collected throughout the campaign to draw the winner. The winner must successfully answer ONE (1) verification question when contacted by TNGD for the prize to be fulfilled.

15. I have been selected as a winner. When will I receive my prize?

The prize will be fulfilled within THREE (3) months upon successfully contacting the winners. In the event that it is not met, TNGD reserves all rights at any time, at its absolute discretion without any prior notice to substitute the prizes with another prize of equivalent value to the published Recommended Retail Price (RRP).

16. If I work at TNGD, am I entitled to win the Grand Prize?

The grand prize is only open to users who are not employed by TNG Digital (TNGD). TNGD reserves the right to disqualify any winner who is an employee of TNGD. However, TNG employees are still allowed to participate in the campaign and win other prizes, excluding the grand prize.

17. What if I cannot be contacted due to invalid contact details or other reasons?

The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners cannot be contacted by within ONE (1) week from the announcement date. Therefore, TNGD has the right to select the next eligible winner at its absolute discretion.

18. How do I get or collect my prize?

All eligible winners will be contacted by TNGD via email for prize arrangement and are required to reply via the same email received. TNGD has the right to select the next eligible winner at its absolute discretion if the winner cannot be contacted by within ONE (1) week from the announcement date.

19. If I have won a prize, can I exchange it for cash or other products?

All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or any other kind whether in part or in full. However, subjecting to stock availability, TNGD reserves all rights at any time, to substitute the prizes with another prize of equivalent value to the published Recommended Retail Price (RRP) if the prize fulfilment is not met within THREE (3) months upon successfully contacting the winners.

20. Am I bound by any terms and conditions as a winner?
