Frequently Asked Questions

Q1        What does this Campaign offer?

The Campaign offers one (1) unit of RM5 Food and Beverage (F&B) e-Voucher to existing Principal GOinvest (i) Save and/or (ii) Invest feature users who Cash In a minimum of RM1,000 in one (1) single transaction in to their GOinvest (i) Save and/or (ii) Invest feature account on their Birthday Month during the Campaign Period and maintain a minimum of RM1,000 in the subsequent Holding Period.

Q2        What is the duration of this campaign?

The Campaign begins on 1 March 2024 and ends on 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

 

Q3        Who is eligible for this promotion?

The Campaign is open to all existing Principal GOinvest (i) Save and/or (ii) Invest feature users who Cash In and maintain a minimum of RM1,000 in one (1) single transaction in to their GOinvest (i) Save and/or (ii) Invest feature account during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Participant”).

 

Q4        How to be eligible for the Campaign Reward?

To be eligible for the Campaign Reward, Eligible Participants must fulfil all of the following criteria:

                       i.          The Cash In and Investment Subscription must be successfully completed within the respective Eligible Participant’s Birthday Month (“Cash In Period”)

                      ii.          The Eligible Participant must maintain minimum RM1,000 subscription in their GOinvest Save and/or Invest feature account for a holding period of thirty (30) days from the last day of the Cash In Period (“Holding Period”)

                     iii.          The Eligible Participant may perform redemption during the Cash In Period and/or Holding Period. However, if the Net Cash Flow (“NCF”) throughout the Cash In Period and Holding Period falls below RM1,000, the Eligible Participant shall not be entitled to the Campaign Rewards.

 

Q5        Is there any limit on the Cash In transaction and amount that can be performed during the Campaign Period?

No. There is no maximum limit on the number and amount of cash in transactions that you can perform during the campaign period.

Q6        Will I be eligible for the Campaign Reward if I perform any Cash Out transaction or redemption during the Campaign Period?

Yes. Eligible Participants may perform redemption during the Cash In Period and/or Holding Period, and still be eligible for the Campaign Reward provided that all the criteria listed as per Q4 are met.

Q7        Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

Each Eligible Participant is entitled to earn the Campaign Reward, capped at one (1) unit per Eligible Participant.

 

Q8        What is Net Cash Flow (“NCF”)?

NCF = Total Cash In Amount into GOinvest (Principal) during the Cash In Period – Total Cash Out Amount from GOinvest (Principal) during the Cash In Period and Holding Period

 

Q9        What is Cash In Period and Holding Period?

The Cash In Period means the Eligible Participant’s respective birthday month within the Campaign Period; while Holding Period means a period of thirty (30) days from the last day of each Cash In Period.

Q10     How will the campaign reward be distributed?

The Campaign Reward will be in the form of F&B e-Voucher, in which the Eligible Participant will be notified through e-Direct Mailer (eDM) sent from Principal within 30 days after Post Holding Period (“Reward Distribution Date”).

Q11     During the campaign period, will I still receive any monthly income distribution from the relevant fund?

Yes. You will still be entitled to monthly income distribution from the fund on your GOinvest investments on top of the Campaign Reward.

Q1        Apa yang ditawarkan oleh Kempen ini?

Kempen ini menawarkan satu (1) unit e-Voucher Makanan dan Minuman (F&B) bernilai RM5 kepada semua pengguna GOinvest (i) Save dan/atau (ii) Invest yang melaburkan sekurang-kurangnya RM1,000 dalam satu (1) transaksi tunggal ke dalam akaun GOinvest (i) Save dan/atau (ii) Invest semasa Tempoh Kempen dan mengekalkan sekurang-kurangnya RM1,000 semasa Tempoh Pemegangan berikutnya.

Q2        Berapakah lama Tempoh Kempen ini?

Kempen ini bermula pada 1 Mac 2024 dan tamat pada 31 Disember 2024, kedua-dua tarikh termasuk (“Tempoh Kempen”).

 

Q3        Siapa yang layak untuk Kempen ini?

Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua pengguna GOinvest (i) Save dan/atau (ii) Invest yang melaburkan sekurang-kurangnya RM1,000 dalam satu (1) transaksi tunggal ke dalam akaun GOinvest (i) Save dan/atau (ii) Invest semasa Tempoh Kempen dan mengekalkan sekurang-kurangnya RM1,000 semasa Tempoh Pemegangan berikutnya (“Peserta Layak”).

 

Q4        Bagaimana untuk memenuhi syarat untuk Ganjaran Kempen?

Peserta Layak dikehendaki memenuhi semua syarat berikut untuk layak mendapat Ganjaran Kempen:

                       i.          Pelaburan mesti berjaya diselesaikan dalam bulan kelahiran Peserta Layak masing-masing (“Tempoh Pelaburan”)

                      ii.          Peserta Layak mesti mengekalkan minimum RM1,000 dalam akaun GOinvest Save dan/atau Invest untuk Tempoh pemegangan tiga puluh (30) hari dari hari terakhir Tempoh Pelaburan (“Tempoh Pemegangan”)

                     iii.          Peserta Layak boleh melakukan pengeluaran tunai atau penebusan semasa Tempoh Pelaburan dan/atau Tempoh Pemegangan. Walau bagaimanapun, jika amaun Aliran Tunai Bersih (“NCF”) sepanjang Tempoh Pelaburan dan Tempoh Pemegangan jatuh bawah RM1,000, Peserta Layak tidak berhak mendapat Ganjaran Kempen.

 

Q5        Adakah terdapat transaksi dan/atau jumlah pelaburan maksima yang boleh dilakukan semasa Tempoh Kempen?

Tiada had maksimum transaksi dan/atau jumlah pelaburan yang boleh dilakukan semasa Tempoh Kempen.

Q6        Adakah saya layak untuk Ganjaran Kempen jika saya melakukan apa-apa transaksi pengeluaran tunai atau penebusan semasa Tempoh Kempen?

Ya. Peserta yang layak boleh melakukan penebusan semasa Tempoh Pelaburan dan / atau Tempoh Pemegangan, dan masih layak untuk Ganjaran Kempen asalkan semua kriteria yang disenaraikan mengikut Q4 dipenuhi.

Q7        Adakah terdapat sebarang batasan atas Ganjaran Kempen untuk Kempen ini?

Setiap Peserta Layak berhak untuk mendapatkan Ganjaran Kempen, terhad kepada satu (1) unit setiap Peserta Layak.

 

Q8        Apakah yang dimaksudkan oleh amaun Aliran Tunai Bersih (“NCF”)?

NCF ditakrifkan sebagai jumlah penebusan yang dilakukan semasa Tempoh Pelaburan dan Tempoh Pemegangan, dikurangkan daripada jumlah pelaburan yang dilakukan selama Tempoh Pelaburan

 

Q9        Apakah Tempoh Pelaburan dan Tempoh Pemegangan?

Tempoh Pelaburan bermaksud bulan kelahiran Peserta Layak semasa Tempoh Kempen; manakala Tempoh Pemegangan bermaksud Tempoh tiga puluh (30) hari dari hari terakhir setiap Tempoh Pelaburan.

Ganjaran Kempen akan diberikan dalam bentuk baucar elektronik F&B, di mana Peserta Layak akan dimaklumkan melalui emel yang dihantari oleh Principal dalam Tempoh 30 hari selepas Tempoh Pemegangan (“Tarikh Pengagihan Ganjaran”).
