1) What is the "Refer & Earn" program, and how does it work?

The "Refer & Earn" program allows you to earn rewards by referring companies to TNG Digital for their engagement needs, such as purchasing TNG Reload PINs or vouchers. Rewards vary based on the amount of the corporate purchase made by the referred company, with the opportunity to earn up to RM500 per successful referral.

2) How much can I earn for each referral?

You can earn:

o RM50 for purchases between RM5,000–RM14,999

o RM100 for purchases between RM15,000–RM29,999

o RM300 for purchases between RM30,000–RM49,999

o RM500 for purchases of RM50,000 and above

3) What are the eligibility requirements for earning referral rewards?

To qualify, you need to submit the company’s details to fmsales@tngdigital.com.my. The referred company must make their purchase between 1 November 2024 and 28 February 2025. Rewards are distributed after the company completes their payment to TNG Digital.

4) Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?

While there is no limit on the number of companies you can refer, the total reward pool is capped at RM14,000 and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

5) When will I receive my referral reward?

Rewards will be processed and distributed after the referred company completes its payment to TNG Digital for their purchase. Please ensure all purchase deadlines are met

to qualify for the rewards.

6) How I will be paid on my referral reward?

For individual referrer, TNG Digital will directly credit the rewards to users eWallet account once company completes the payment. For company referrer, TNG Digital willinvoice the reward to the company account once referral completes the payment
