Q1. What is this promotion?
The Campaign is open to TNG eWallet users who enter the promo code: MERDEKA and successfully make their first-ever purchase of CI Insure during Campaign period (“Eligible Users”). Each successful transaction with the promo code entitles the Eligible User to one-month complimentary CI Insure premium, based on the plan selection that Eligible User selects.
Q2 What is the duration of this promotion?
The Promotion Period is from 4th August 2025 to 16th September 2025, both dates inclusive.
Q3. What reward that I will be getting if I purchased CI Insure and key in promo code during campaign period?
Eligible Users who enter promo code and successfully purchase a CI Insure Insurance plan during the campaign period is entitled to get a one-month complimentary CI Insure protection. Users will receive 100% cashback on total monthly gross premium (excluding tax amount) of the CI Insure plan that is selected by the users.
Q4. Will I get the one-month complimentary CI Insure protection if I purchased previously (before the campaign) and go through auto debit during campaign period?
No, only new purchases of CI Insure will be entitled for the one-month complimentary CI Insure protection.
Q5. I noticed there are several plans available for CI Insure. Are only selected plans eligible for the complimentary premium?
No, you can choose any of the available plans, and you will receive 100% cashback on total monthly gross premium based on the plan you select.
Q6. Do I need to choose monthly payment mode to get the one-month complimentary CI Insure protection?
No, Eligible Users may choose either monthly or annual payment mode for their CI Insure plan. Users will receive 100% cashback on total monthly gross premium (excluding tax amount) of the CI Insure plan that is selected by the users.
Q7. When can I receive the cashback?
The Cashback shall be credited to the users’ respective TNG eWallet accounts within 30 days from the date of CI Insure insurance plan purchase.
Q8. Is there any limit / capping for the campaign?
The total maximum cashback fund of this Campaign is RM13,945 that is to be given out to all Eligible Users throughout the campaign period.
This Campaign will cease once the maximum cashback fund has been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whenever is earlier.

S3. Apakah ganjaran yang akan saya terima jika saya membeli CI Insure dan memasukkan kod promosi semasa tempoh kempen?
Pengguna Layak yang memasukkan kod promosi dan berjaya membeli pelan insurans CI Insure semasa tempoh kempen berhak menerima perlindungan CI Insure percuma selama satu bulan. Pengguna akan menerima pulangan tunai 100% daripada jumlah premium kasar bulanan (tidak termasuk cukai) bagi pelan CI Insure yang pengguna pilih.
S4. Adakah saya akan menerima perlindugan CI Insure percuma selama satu bulan jika saya telah membeli sebelum kempen dan pembayaran automatik berlaku semasa tempoh kempen?
Tidak, hanya pembelian Baharu CI Insure yang layak menerima perlindungan CI Insure percuma selama satu bulan.

Tidak, anda boleh memilih mana-mana pelan yang tersedia, dan anda akan menerima pulangan tunai 100% daripada jumlah premium kasar bulanan berdasarkan pelan yang anda pilih.
S6. Adakah saya perlu memilih kaedah bayaran bulanan untuk mendapatkan perlindungan CI Insure percuma selama satu bulan?
Tidak, Pengguna Layak boleh memilih sama ada bayaran bulanan atau tahunan untuk pelan CI Insure mereka. Pengguna akan menerima pulangan tunai 100% daripada jumlah premium kasar bulanan (tidak termasuk cukai) bagi pelan yang dipilih.
S7. Bilakah saya boleh menerima pulangan tunai?
Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke akaun TNG eWallet pengguna masing-masing dalam tempoh 30 hari dari tarikh pembelian.

Jumlah dana pulangan tunai maksimum Kempen ini adalah RM13,945 yang akan diberikan kepada semua Pengguna Layak sepanjang Tempoh Promosi, berdasarkan siapa cepat dia dapat.
Kempen ini akan berakhir apabila tamat tempoh atau apabila Jumlah maksimum Pulangan Tunai telah mencapai had, yang mana terdahulu.
