Eligible Users who purchase a Celcom or Digi prepaid internet pass with a minimum payment of RM35 in a single transaction at Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘MY Prepaid’ function (excluding SOS Top Up, Int. Top Up and International icon under Mobile Services section) are eligible to receive ONE (1) RM2 Cashback Voucher (“Cashback Voucher”).

Q2 What is the duration of this promotion?

The Campaign Period is from 1 November 2024 until 30 November 2024, both dates inclusive.

The utilization of the RM2 Cashback Voucher is limited to first 15,000 eligible transactions for each Celcom and Digi respectively. The Promotion will cease once the Cashback Voucher have been fully distributed or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Q3 Who is eligible for this promotion?

Q4 How many times can I enjoy this promotion?

Each user can earn a maximum of ONE (1) RM2 Cashback Voucher throughout the promotion period.

Q5 How can I use this Cashback Voucher that I have received?

A minimum spend of RM35 on a subsequent transaction for Celcom or Digi Internet Credit Top Up via the “Prepaid” function in Touch ‘n Go eWallet is required to utilise this Cashback Voucher.

Q6 What is the validity of the voucher received?

Validity of the cashback voucher is 30 days from the point of voucher received. Any unused voucher thereafter will expire.

Q7 Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

The utilization of the RM2 Cashback Voucher is limited to first 15,000 eligible transactions for each Celcom and Digi respectively. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully distributed or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Q8 When will I receive the cashback voucher?

The RM2 Cashback Voucher will automatically be saved under “My Rewards” section in the user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet App and is available to use for the user’s next eligible transaction.

The Cashback will be credited to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet in the next purchase after the meeting the Cashback Voucher criteria.

Pulangan Tunai RM2 akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dengan serta-merta, selepas memenuhi kriteria baucar. TNGD tidak akan membuat panggilan telefon berkenaan Promosi ini.
