What is this promotion about?
Users who enter the promo code “GOLD” during the purchase of a comprehensive car insurance policy or takaful certificate via CarInsure are entitled to RM20 cashback per transaction during the Promotion Period.
Additionally, users who purchase any comprehensive or third-party, fire and theft (TPFT) car insurance or takaful via CarInsure will stand a chance to win 1 gram of Touch ‘n Go eWallet e-Mas (Digital Gold). A total of 20 grams of e-Mas will be given out to users who participate in this promotion.
What is the duration of this promotion?
The Promotion Period is from 1 June 2025 to 31 July 2025, inclusive of both dates.
Who is eligible to receive the RM20 cashback? Is there a cap?
Users who purchase a comprehensive car insurance policy or takaful certificate via CarInsure in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet and apply the promo code “GOLD” during the Promotion Period are eligible.The RM20 cashback is limited to the first 2,500 comprehensive policies or certificates issued during the Promotion Period, on a first-come, first-served basis.
What is the difference between comprehensive and third-party, fire and theft (TPFT) insurance?
Comprehensive insurance/takaful covers fire, theft, loss or damage to your own car, and also includes coverage for third-party injury, death, or property damage if you are at fault.
Third-party, fire and theft (TPFT) insurance/takaful only covers damage or loss caused to a third party, including injury, death, or property damage. It also provides coverage for fire damage or theft of your car, but not for accidents that damage your own vehicle.
Is the promotion valid on all platforms?
No, this promotion is only valid for purchases made via CarInsure within the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app.
Can I purchase multiple insurance policies or takaful certificates to be entitled to the cashback and e-Mas?
Yes, you may purchase or renew multiple policies via CarInsure. Each eligible transaction may entitle you to RM20 cashback (subject to the cap) and additional entries into the e-Mas Lucky Draw, in accordance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to open a new e-Mas account?
If you already have an active e-Mas account, you do not need to open a new one. If you do not have an e-Mas account, you are required to open one within 15 days from the announcement date to be eligible for the reward.
When will I receive the RM20 cashback?
You will receive the cashback in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account within 10 working days after the issuance of the eligible policy or certificate.
How are the e-Mas winners selected?
Winners will be randomly selected by the organiser within 30 calendar days after the promotion ends. The 1 gram of e-Mas will be credited to each winner’s eWallet account within 60 calendar days from the end date of the promotion.
How will I know if I am selected as an e-Mas winner?
Winner announcements will be made via the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Facebook or Instagram pages. Winners will also be contacted by the organiser via email or WhatsApp Business account.
When will I receive the cashback if I am selected as a winner of e-Mas?
The winner selection will be completed by 30 August 2025, and the e-Mas is expected to be fulfilled by 29 September 2025.

Pengguna yang membeli insurans/takaful kereta komprehensif melalui CarInsure dalam aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet dan menggunakan kod promosi “GOLD” semasa tempoh promosi layak untuk menerima pulangan tunai tersebut.
Pulangan Tunai RM20 ini terhad kepada 2,500 polisi/sijil komprehensif pertama sepanjang Tempoh Promosi berdasarkan prinsip “siapa cepat, dia dapat”.
Apakah perbezaan antara insurans komprehensif dan pihak ketiga, kebakaran dan kecurian (TPFT)?
Insurans/takaful komprehensif melindungi kerugian atau kerosakan terhadap kereta anda akibat kebakaran, kecurian atau kemalangan serta memberikan perlindungan terhadap kecederaan, kematian atau kerosakan harta pihak ketiga yang disebabkan oleh anda.
Insurans/takaful TPFT hanya melindungi pihak ketiga sekiranya berlaku kemalangan yang melibatkan kecederaan, kematian atau kerosakan harta benda. Ia juga merangkumi perlindungan terhadap kebakaran dan kecurian kereta anda, tetapi tidak meliputi kerosakan kepada kereta anda sendiri akibat kemalangan.
Adakah promosi ini sah di semua platform?
Tidak. Promosi ini hanya sah untuk pembelian melalui CarInsure di dalam aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
Bolehkah saya membeli pelbagai polisi insurans/sijil takaful untuk layak mendapat Pulangan Tunai dan e-Mas?
Ya, anda boleh membeli atau memperbaharui beberapa polisi/sijil melalui CarInsure. Setiap transaksi yang layak akan memberikan anda peluang menerima RM20 pulangan tunai (tertakluk kepada had) dan penyertaan tambahan dalam Cabutan Bertuah e-Mas, tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat Promosi.
Perlukah saya membuka akaun e-Mas yang baru?
Jika anda telah mempunyai akaun e-Mas yang aktif, anda tidak perlu membuka akaun baru.
Jika anda belum mempunyai akaun e-Mas, anda perlu membuka akaun tersebut dalam tempoh 15 hari dari tarikh pengumuman untuk melayakkan diri menerima ganjaran.
Bilakah saya akan menerima Pulangan Tunai RM20?
Anda akan menerima pulangan tunai dalam akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet anda dalam tempoh 10 hari bekerja selepas polisi atau sijil tersebut dikeluarkan.
Bagaimanakah pemenang e-Mas dipilih?
Pemenang akan dipilih secara rawak oleh pihak Penganjur dalam tempoh 30 hari kalendar selepas tamat tempoh promosi. Setiap pemenang akan menerima 1 gram e-Mas yang akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun eWallet mereka dalam tempoh 60 hari kalendar dari tarikh tamat promosi.
Bagaimanakah saya akan mengetahui jika saya menang e-Mas?
Pengumuman pemenang akan dibuat melalui Facebook atau Instagram rasmi Touch ‘n Go eWallet. Pemenang juga akan dihubungi oleh pihak Penganjur melalui emel atau akaun WhatsApp Business.
Bilakah saya akan menerima Pulangan Tunai jika saya adalah pemenang e-Mas?
Pemilihan pemenang akan diselesaikan selewat-lewatnya pada 30 Ogos 2025, dan pemberian e-Mas dijangka akan dipenuhi selewat-lewatnya pada 29 September 2025.
